WPML plugin compatibility is not added with the theme but you can use Loco translate and Polylang plugins for multi language website.

I’ve downloaded and installed the Elvotics Theme. It’s supposed to include WPBakery, Revolution Slider and Advanced Portfolio. The only plugin I see in the zip file is Slider Revolution. Is there some other way of getting WPBakery and Advanced Portfolio? Thank you.

Hi, I have browsed Elvotics on my mobile phone and noticed that the top main menu does not stick to the head. So, the only way to get back to the top was to use the arrow up button or scroll up. Is there an option to have the mobile version menu to also be sticky? Thanks

Elvotics mobile menu has more height than desktop and iPad version. It has logo on first row and menu icon, search, donate button on second row which is taking more display space so we disabled sticky menu feature on mobile version.

Thanks for a quick reply. It would be nice to have an alternative sticky menu for mobile version with just the logo and menu and without donation, search buttons, social media images and contacts. And, lastly, does this theme have a MailChimp integration?

Hi Thanks for a great theme. I want to edit the word “Blog” which overlays the image on blog page header. But I don’t see an option in Customize settings to edit the text.

You can edit blog page title from standard page title names. This was necessary to include in function because for language translate it is easier from .pot file.
You can edit it from admin > appearance > editor > click on right sidebar’s “framework”’ folder and then “theme-filters.php” file.
In this file go to ( “elvotics_main_titles” fundction) line #376 and change ‘Blog’ to your desired name. ( if you are using child theme then it is better to keep custom changes forever. )
You can change Blog single page title from admin > appearance > customizer > blog options > blog single > header title text
If above step looks complex then please send your website admin login info from our profile page form ( https://themeforest.net/user/softwebmedia ) with title text details which you want to replace with “Blog”.

Hi, I purchased this theme and it has been very useful and I love it. But I can’t find the options to activate the sticky menu function and the back to the top button. The sticky sticky menu button is turn on in Customizer but when I scroll the menu doesn’t follow.

I’m very interested in buying this Elvotics theme. It basically has every functionality i need for my political campaign.
I was just wondering something: is it possible to use a font other than one from Google Font? For example, can we use a font we bought online and upload it manually?
Because I’d like my website to match my flyers, in which i will most probably use fonts that i bought and downloaded.
Also, is it easy to translate in French for example? Knowing that I have a good level in English, so I can translate it myself if needed.

1. Yes, custom font is possible with any good font install plugin ( Video tutorial : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oeH8lCCqz0o ). We will help to add custom css code for uploaded font for theme’s tags and classes. ( i – upload font family with plugin’s help, ii – we will give you custom css so you can add in theme’s customizer—so it is two step process )
2. Yes, it is easy to change theme with any language with Loco translate plugin. Theme has ready .pot file so Loco translate will help to translate all string from this file. ( Video tutorial : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Fohy96uSzY&t=166s ).

Another question. How many line to translate ?
Approx 1200 entries – some entries has single word and some has two, three words. Approx 5-10% has full line sentence.

Default pages like blog, archive, search etc. are added in function file so it can be called with language file. You can use loco translate plugin to edit default text or you can add title function in child theme.
1. Go to Admin > Appearance > Editor – page.
2. Click on “framework” folder and then > theme-filters.php file.
3. Find function “function elvotics_main_titles($title=’‘)”—line #308
4. copy this function and paste it in child theme’s functions.php file.
5. remove “if (!function_exists(‘elvotics_main_titles’)) {” – first line code and last “}” bracket. Edit ‘Blog’ name.
6. click on “Update file” button and refresh front end page.
If above steps looks complex then please send your website admin login details from our profile page form ( https://themeforest.net/user/softwebmedia ) so we can add this function in child theme functions.php file.

You can change default logo from Admin > Appearance > Customize > Logo.
Upload standard and retina size logo as per given information and add logo image height. Retina logo is necessary for mobile (HD) devices.

I saved the logo as a retina file and that solved the issue. I wrongly assumed because I was working on a tablet, that I didn’t want the retina image. Thank you! That was a very simple fix!

Please disregard my last unless you find the following detail to be incorrect.
I JUST noticed your comment about false warnings on install. So I extracted the full zip file until I saw the two themes. Primary and Child. I uploaded both of these files successfully.
I’ll begin customization this week.

Please unzip main downloaded theme file and only upload “eco-world.zip” file from admin. Main download file has many other files and folders like demo files, documentation, change log etc. which doesn’t required to install theme but only “eco-world.zip” is installable file.

You can update latest version by deleting current version, install latest version and activate it.
Second best way is to update like free WordPress themes with single click. You have to install ”Envato Market” plugin and complete all setup steps.

I am having troubles with the nav bar overlapping onto the content above in smaller browsers. it does this around the “1224” width mark so i have set the responsive browser to activate at this width, however, I would prefer to have the top bar resize itself smaller to a certain point, THEN turn responsive.
How can I troubleshoot this issue?

You can change mobile responsive size at specific browser resolution from Admin > Appearance > Customize > Top Navigation > “Responsive/Mobile Menu” section (at bottom, just above sticky menu section).

I need to disable the sub header background picture for a particular page.

You can disable sub header background picture and replace with any solid color with below steps.
1. Go to Edit Page > “Page Options” metabox (below main editor box)
2. In this metabox, go to Sub Header and click on “Display Sub Header” -> “On” radio box option.
3. Set desired background color from “Background Color” option color tool
4. Set Header top and bottom padding with last option of this section ( like 125px top padding, and 50px bottom padding ).

Hi, I’m new at using third party themes. I’m able to find the WPBakery Page Builder in Wordpress, but I cannot find the templates for this theme (such as the default home page template). There are not any templates available in the “My Templates” area of WPBakery when I am editing pages. Where might I find them? I would like to match the exact design of the default home page of this theme (and replace with my own content).
