Unfortunately, there’s still no email clients support video embed in email. The only workaround is using an image(with a play button icon) that redirect to Youtube or Vimeo when clicking.
Hi, I want to use your email templates but saving it inside activecampaign and sending it through activecampaign and not any other 3rd party software/service. Can I do that? Hi, since the active campaign doesn’t have a native editor for custom template. You can either editing via code editor like Dreamweaver or using a Stampready to customize template style and export to use with ActiveCampaign. (here a demo video)
What about those images from the template, how do i get it over to activecampaign?
The active campaign doesn’t provide a host for image as well. You’ll need to host it some where else or on your hosting and replace the image link in the code.
However if you edit via Stampready, when exporting you can chose to export with image folder in the zip package or host all online with Stampready server.

Do you have any documentation on editing the header in the StampReady editor? When I add my background logo, I can’t remove any of your header images including button images that I don’t need in the header. Do you have a blank header template that can just be replaced by the custom background header image I created? Any help will be appreciated as this is a very confusing and frustrating experience.
Hi, to remove that element in the template module mean to customize template design. It needs to do through code(all code are commended). here a demo video Please note, once the element in module are removed you will have to manually adjust the < td > to make a space for your background image.
For the logo or any image, you can try to use the hide function on StampReady editor.
However, keep in mind a background image is just for decoration and visual design. it doesn’t mean to use for informational content or image that requires the specific position to show on the campaign because it can be resizing, expanding or repeating depends on subscriber screen size, email clients. That’s why, I always use a landscape view, blur image or fading image as a default background in template design. Also, the background-size support a very in each email clients
I did use the update function in mailster a couple of month ago, the templates file have verion 2.1 but I did download the latest from codecanyon and they are correct with https. So there seams to be something wrong with the update function in mailster, it says that I have the latest version off Koble. I will update it manual…
I see, just for your information the template package file is now at 2.1.3 but the Mailster currently at 2.2 I didn’t want to run the same version number if the update has nothing to do with Mailster.
Also, I just update to the 2.2 last night you may try update through Mailster again to see if it work for you.

Hi, Make sure you only use the zip ready file from StampReady folder in the template package. Do not import the whole template package to StampReady, also do not create a zip file from StampReady folder. Only use the zip ready file that I provide in the SR folder.

Hi , i have just tried to run a template in the stampready. Unfortunately, I am dealing with some issues on editing the template and some questions for your as well. First, the link that I have attached on the template does not work after exported. Second, what is the format of the picture should be use on the template. (Does the jpg or png format work for it?) Hi, please send me the file you export from StampReady to nutzumi@gmail.com and detail which link that doesn’t work and which email service you try to work with the template also if it doesn’t work after send the test please specify the email client as well.
The image content can be jpg either png use jpg if you want a smaller file size and png when you need a transparent image.
i just discover how it works. Great Template!! By the way, we wish to know that what is the size for the header BG for the template Main-09? As the image i being attached inside the template is vague..
Ok, first the background image size is various depend on the subscriber screen-size since not all email clients are support CSS background style cover. So, the BG size (1600×800) I’m using is fit and suit my screen-size when I design. I’d recommend using at least 1500px width and 700px.

I noticed a lot of the icons are low res. Are the templates retina ready?
Actually, it depends on the image you going to use if using a double size image it’ll be a retina but it requires to manually adjust a width attribute on each image to fit the template structure. That why I can’t apply the default value for retina image because I don’t know which image dimension user going to use for their retina, especially with the icons.
However, the most problematic is MailChimp ignore the width attribute, always show the image at full size and it breaks a layout if you using image a lot bigger than the < table > container(retina image). Another thing to keep in mind is retina image means more time for the subscriber for loading your newsletter.

Hi, I assume you refer to the “Header BG”. That because it was a .jpg image that covers all the header space. If you want to make a background color visible you need to use a .png with lower opacity so you can see the color.
For example, you can try change the BG color of this header module from Main template.

http://prntscr.com/k1lrfjPlease use the zip ready file from the StampReady folder. The zip file you trying to use is for Mailster plugin(Wordpress). The file export from StampReady is not compatible with Mailster also Mailster already has their own editor when creating a campaign.

Having a little trouble updating the theme to 2.0.6. I’m using the theme with Mailster and the latest update addresses an issue with it—trying to make sure there are no issues with my next newsletter.
Upon looking in /wp-content/plugins/mailster/themes/ - I can’t seem to find the folder with the theme assets. It only lists the folder for the default theme that comes with Mailster. Very odd.

Hi, not sure how to update directly at the WP path, but have you try to update via plugin menu yet? from the sidebar menu Newsletter > Templates > More Templates. Then at the Koble template, it should be a Download/Update button. It may require Envato login to validating purchase or require a purchase code.
Normally when I update I’ll remove and import the new one into the template section. While the previous version should be cache and preserving for the current created campaign until the template is reimport.
However, for the more accurate information please contact Mailster support.

Hi, When I send a newsletter to the customers using a provider like StampReady, they fall into promotions section in gmail. The result is the same whichever email service I try. I know that you don’t recommend using Outlook. Is there any other way to send a newsletter directly to the customer’s inbox? Thank you
Hi, I assume you refer to the Gmail smart filter. Unfortunately, I don’t think this can be controlled by the template code. It’ll depend on how Gmail recognize or notice you campaign and mark as a promotion. here some info.
Why Are My Emails Going Into The Promotions Tab? The only workaround might be turning off this function in Gmail(here how). hope that helps
Once imported to Mailchimp, can this template be edited from inside Mailchimp with their drag and drop editor?
Yes, in MailChimp Campaign builder mode you will be able to add/drag and drop/ editing content(text, image) but for template style, I’d recommend doing in StampReady before exporting. here a demo video how it work.

Sorry, which URL do you mean by? most of the link can be customize. Since phplist is not provide a host for image, the image can export with the HTML file to host by yourself or you can choose to host with SR as well.
when editing in stampready, all images are linked to that product on our webpage, but after importing in phplist, all those links are changed. That strange, The URL remains same after export from SR and only mess up after import into phplist correct? I just tried it seem normal to me. (here video).
I’m not sure what causes that yet but normally the HTML template code can’t automatically changed the URL. Also, there is no report the same issue so far. You may try to check the URL in the source view in phplist after imported or try testing with a different URL.

In the latest version of mailster in the autoresponder preview the featured image is not displayed with koble. I do not know if this is a problem with mailster or koble
Hi have you try contact Mailster support yet? Mailster doesn’t mention any necessary change for template author to update our template code. Also the only option for template author is turn on/off this function, the rest will be automatically done by plugin.
It was a problem with the mailster. I got a new test version in which everything works with koble. Regards
