Hi. there is a bug between any Dropdown and the navbar above to the right (where the user icon is)
The dropdown have an ‘auto adjust’ and when it tries to go up and overlaps with the right/upper icons on the screen, the zindex seens to be messy, and the top most item in the dropdown becomes unclickable while overlapping.

Thank you for getting in touch with us. Chat is a pure angular component and we are loading data from our static json data file but you can load from http service or database as well. So we are using service file for operation like fetching user specific chat and adding new chat in the list. So this is how in general it works.

Thank you for getting in touch with us. Menu is created with typescript as well as jquery. jquery is used just for animations and effects and other then that its purely angular. Please check documentation link for some idea on menu structure. You won’t need to make any changes in jquery part of the code and you will need to work with typescript part only.

HTML version (non-angular) you can open it directly but for angular version you need to follow configuration process that is defined in our documentation. So, the configuration part you can easily do by yourself with the help of our documentation and you can always ask for support if you face any issues while doing that.

Yes, we found that there is some issue with latest version of ngx-quill component (3rd party component) which got released few days ago. So newer version has some bugs and that is creating this issue.
Please run below command in your command prompt and it will fix this issue:
npm install ngx-quill@3.4.0—save-exact

I purchased this theme yesterday but I have a huge problem when running the angular version. For some reason it is extremely slow. Pages take extremely long to load or not at all. Most times the page become unresponsive. There are no visible errors in the console.
Steps to reproduce: 1. npm install dependencies 2. ng serve 3. try to use app
Any help would be appreciated 
PS. angular-starter-kit version works fine

I only have one problem, I started to write some unit tests for my Angular Components, and I discovered that karma is failing to run tests. I have problems running karma from Angular CLI. Thanks for the help, I upgraded to the newest version and removed node_modues which fixed the problem

Hi.. Everything looks really good with template except for an issue with mobile view. When I open the demo website from a mobile, top right corner menu items are not being displayed. But when I run the website on dev machine, it appears but most of them are not functional on mobile. Could you guys, please have look into it and provide with a solution. Thanks.

Why can’t i open Apex on my iPhone X? I’m looking at theme demo’s to decide which to buy. Although I like what I see on the web app, It’s not a good sign that I can’t even open it on mobile.
