You can use the images we use in our demo(s) as a reference.

Note that, you should always check WordPress native settings for images. When uploading one image on WordPress, three copies are generated automatically and, they used in various positions on your website. By default, the larger image size is set to 1024. If you upload a larger image, it will be reduced (this may result in a slight blurring effect, especially in larger displays).

To review/change these settings go to Dashboard > Settings > Media. If you change those settings, they won’t apply retrospectively. Images already uploaded will keep their sizes; the new settings will apply to new images only. If you need to apply to the previous ones you should remove them from the library and, upload them again.; then re-assign them to the posts (or any other place). As an alternative, you can use a plugin like Regenerate Thumbnails to apply the new settings to all images.

Apparently, this issue is related to the nature of the language which is right-to-left. The plugin decides the direction of the text, according to the preferred language. Note that, our theme is not RTL ready (please, check the item description page to review the specifications) and, currently, we don’t have a solution ready for that. Note that, the theme is provided us is, and its features are displayed in the demo. For configurations not portrayed in the demo and not provided in theme options, you may need to customize the theme but, we don’t cover customization support. Popular requests are processed and, either included in future updates or published as posts on our website. Other adaptations/modifications are not covered from the support and, if you are not familiar with CSS and HTML you may need to contact a professional developer and, ask for assistance.

The “extra” text can be reviewed/changed on Dashboard > Theme Options > General > Mobile Nav Sidebar

To add/remove widgets on the Mobile Nav Sidebar area go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets and, check the Mobile View Sidebar.

To add/remove widgets on a Footer Widgetized Area, go to Appearance > Widgets and, check any of the Footer Areas.

To select the layout and, assign a Widgetized Area to each one of the Footer Columns, go to Dashboard > Theme Options > Widgetized Areas

To edit/review the footer bar, go to Dashboard > Theme Options > Footer > Footer Bar.

Please, take a few moments to review all available settings on Theme Options before applying any further requests.

Currently, Hotel Xenia integrates a simple booking request functionality thus, a payment system isn’t necessary. If you want to integrate a complete booking system you need to add a third party plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/booking-system/ which includes payment gateways, credit cards, discounts etc. Other plugins are available as well. We recommend checking out the features before buying.

For integrating an eshop on a website with our theme added and activated we recommend using WooCommerce which supports every known payment method, discount coupons and you can even add a special functionality with numerous existing free or premium plugins.

You can use two types of icons: either select from the included library (we use the popular Font Awesome) or, use custom icons (image files). In the first case, the latency is negligible (very fast loading), since the fonts are uploaded to your server together with the theme. In the second case, it depends on the image file. We recommend using web-optimized images of the smallest size possible (for icon use, they shouldn’t be more than a few kilobytes). If you keep the size low you won’t have any problem even with a, relatively large number of “icons” on a single page.

We assume you need to permanently display the menu on the header. Although this would limit the available space to only a few items, it is possible. On Theme Options, you can set the monitor width threshold for the mobile menu to be enabled.

The issue has been fixed in later versions, you don’t need to apply this patch any more. You need to apply the translation to all available fields and click on Translation Complete and Save changes to apply.

Depending on what you need. All content can be configured globally or per page.

For applying a global layout to your posts/pages/products, go to Theme Options > Content and select the post type you need to set/review the layout. For the Rooms pages select Single Room, for products, Single Product etc. Then go to Layout & Styling and select the layout you need. Don’t forget to Save changes.

To override this setting on a post/page/product, edit the post/page/product and go to Page Options. Navigate το Layout & Styling and make your choice. Update to let the changes apply.

There is no out-of-the-box option to change the way the product images are displayed (under the main image). We don’t have a solution ready and, we are not planning to deploy on that in the near future. The only way to achieve a similar design is using custom CSS rules. If you are not familiar with this language, you may need to contact a dedicated service as the support does not cover theme customization (not included with the purchased license).
