I am interested in buying your JobMonster Theme and please I need information about multi languages feature. I don’t need translation of the admin panel (English only) but the visitors could select their preferred language on the front end …
1) In your listing we can read “Translation Ready” with a list of 12 languages; please what do you mean ?
2) Do you offer 12 languages 100% ready translation of the FRONT END of your Theme, including all Emails, Menus, Buttons, Titles, Messages, comments, …ALL imaginable translation and without the help of a developer ?
3) Could your theme switch from LTR (English) to RTL (Arabic) at the front end with the use of WPML plugin (menu select at the header), without bugs or without the help of a developer ?
4) For information, WPML hasn’t test your Theme since 8 March 2017, did you FULLY test your latest version with WPML plugin ?

With the ads between jobs and resume list, you need to edit the source code.

Hi Need help to fix an error about uploading attachments.
I found it while I was testing the functionality of sending job applications and posting resume. Uploading attachments on a job application doesn’t work while uploading files on resume posting page is absolutely to work well. (the uploading error only occurs on the specific page: job application form page)

What I was testing to upload were “Doc” and “Docx” which are allowed types of files for attachment, and I even set it “allowed” on the file attachment setting page.
Check it over and would love your immediate reaction to this issue since uploading file error isn’t a minor issue for my site operation.

1. I want to add WhatsApp Icon to the footer and header social media icons, where do I do this? 2. The ‘search’ button on my homepage is very big on Internet Explorer. 3. How do I disable that people who post a job they can promote it theirselfs with the star. (we have no woocommerce it’s all free, but we do not want people to be able to make a job highlighted) 4. We do not recieve the e-mails when someone reacts on your job. (the checkboxes are checked and there is an e-mailadres filled).. 5. The rating system is a bit buggy. When a business has a 3,5 star on their own page it shows as a 5 star on the job they posted.

2. Yes, we have found the issue with the search button on the IE, please give us your site info, admin account. We will help you add the custom CSS to fix the issue.

4. With the email issue, maybe you should check your email function on your site first. You can use the WP SMTP to config the mail on your site.

Strange, it seems employers don’t receive a job application email notification when applicants send an application to them.
I tested out if the email notifications in terms of job application process work all day today, it just turned out job application notification alone doesn’t work (not being sent) at all while the other types of notifications do, like job posting approval email or employer correspondence notification etc (they all work good although the reception is quite slow and in delay)
I tested it 3 times today interchangeably with the both accounts, employer’s and candidate’s in order for the email notification functionality test.
I posted a job myself with an employer account, then I saw an email notification came in properly to my email box connected to the employer account, alerting that my job post has been posted.
Then another notification email coming in to the mail box notifying the job posting has been approved, soon after I approved it myself on my admin account.
All had been going fine before this happened. I switched to the candidate account to apply for the posted job and expected to see a job application reception notification sent to “employer’s email box” coz that’s just naturally how employers get to notice when they get an application.
Simply put, it seems like “job application notification”(e-mail alert for it) does not work. it’s never sent to the employer email for all the 3 times while others were sent well. (but again it was somewhat slow reception like 20 minutes up to 5 hours delay to reach to the inboxs)
Looking forward to hearing back from you promptly.
For your info, I properly set all settings on Jobmonster Email Template and Front End PM and all related settings in terms of email notification I believe. I even purchased Front End PM pro version with Email pinging function activated. Let me know if this can help troubleshoot it.
