“fas” is a FontAwesome 5 prefix. But the theme uses FontAwesome 4. Just use “fa” instead and the shortcodes from here – https://fontawesome.com/v4.7.0/cheatsheet/

I recently purchased your theme which is fantastic by the way. However I have a couple of questions.
1. When adding subforums to parent forums, they are aligning side by side as opposed to running in a list from one below the other, how do I change this ?
2. Forum Icons, how do I go about selecting the icons that appear next to the forums ?
I would also like to know how to make the Channel/Forum sections collapsible should a user want to hide a particular section of the forums.

1. Do you mean subforums on the main page? If so, you can only modify it by using css or editing the subforums templates. It’s default vBulletin layout and it doesn’t have any option to change it via any settings.
2. Unfortunately vBulletin doesn’t allow to change the icons via ACP. If you want to change them, you need to edit the icon sprite-image. You can find it here – /images/quarto/YOUR_COLOR/css/sprite_icons_vb_ltr.svg

I have problems compatibility with vbulletin 5.4.5. This version is compatible ?, for example page , the page takes a long time to load, and other options leave error. We are sorry you met such issues. The theme fully supports vBulletin 5.4.5 and it works on many forums without such issues. If you look into your browser console you can see such notification –

It looks like network issues with Google Web Fonts servers. I think it should be fixed soon.
As for the modal window on first page load – do you use any third-party addon for that?

I appear to be stuck at the step where the XML file needs to be uploaded. I can browse to the file and then click “Import” but I then immediately get a 500 error. If I hit the back button I get a page saying “XML Error: Empty document at Line 0”. I just purchased the theme tonight and am trying to get it installed for the first time.

There is no analyric code in html codes but i can see this when switching to default theme in vBulletin.

Having real issues with font awesome icons and a few avatars not displaying on certain pages, such as when you visit PM’s or your Settings page – the icons vanish and we see these errors when we check page inspect console:

Obviously I have changed the domain name but it’s as if the system is hard coded somewhere with fonts linking to www. where it should be just https:// – so from the above errors can you please clarify the file to remove the hard coded text which is pulling the error?
I’ve searched in header and other files but cannot find anything.
So all I am asking, is where is fontawesome being pulled from – what file has the link to fontawesome / webfont css please?

The FontAwesome files are located here –/images/quarto/fonts/All the font paths can be found in this template –
quarto_font_awesome.cssAnd they are not hardcoded in anyway.

Hi no – it’s just locally hosted. It’s a weird one. Happy to email you the URL to the site if you want to look…. but seems to only occur when in PM’s.
We have just moved servers, not sure if that affects anything, albeit it shouldn’t as we done a full back-up and copy / paste.

Hi I bought your Quarto pretty neat theme but I have an issue with it now .. I am unable to collapse every single forum category because it doesn’t show the collapse button in the left side of each category but it shows the collapse button for Visitor Statistic or left panel content .. is there any way to collapse the forum categories :((

Unfortunately vBulletin 5 doesn’t have the option at all – you can’t collapse categories. But there may be a custom modification. I’d advise you to visit vbulletin.org – a great vBulletin modification library. You may find there what you need!

It looks like you uploaded the images into the wrong directory. Just read the theme’s documentation on image uploading and check the paths. It should work for you!

As far as I can understand you just didn’t upload the image files into the right directories. Please make sure you’ve uploaded the image folder as it’s described in the theme’s documentation.
