By default globally set page header banner image through theme option > header banner image setting. if you want to change any page header banner image you can easy to upload header banner image through page setting.

Because you did not reply to my problem.. I fixed the issue by myself. I deleted your previous css code from the rtl.css and added the following

.kc_column, .kc_column_inner { Float: right; }

it solved the issue.. now it is fixed.

Need to change submenu hover color becase it is using the same color of normal menu hover so how can we differentiate the colors of sub menu? Direct option in the theme or custom css?

you can set a one of condition. example: you can create a unique id or class for footer social widget. and class or id to create css for text-align: right; and this css include in rtl.css with !important; tag.

so, what is output. when your rtl.css is load in arabic language so your create class or id is exists with !important key word so your both english and arabic both alignment logic is done!

I did updated the countries names.. but I am talking about the title (COUNTRY) (VISA).. etc.. I could not let them translated to Arabic once the Arabic interface is switched. Also, the arrows ( > ) ... how to reverse there directions and let them show properly. Please have a look at my website’s footer at https://kahdal.com/ar/ to know what I am talking about.
