I have succesfully imported the demo, thank you. When I add CSS into the theme, it doesn’t show up the style.css code in the child theme. Am I doing something wrong?

the theme is extremely slow, i have imported the demo content and then i found that all the theme content is upside down, nothing is in place. this is not the only problem, but it’s also extremely slow.

Please, note we purchased our licences on ShutterStock, so if you have plans to use same images on your site, you’ll need to buy your image licences. And when it comes to icon packages we integrated seven, that you could choose for any shortcode where icon is part of it.

Great template but for some reason I can’t install the demo content. It hangs at 60% or 90% after waiting a very long time with fast internet. I reinstalled Wordpress and used firefox instead of Safari but still it won’t install even if I don’t choose all but choose content only. Is there another way to install all demo content?

Hi There – Nice theme! I’m trying to change the default color used for various things like the ‘scroll to top’ button. the color is #fd8a77 but I can’t seem to find anywhere to change it. It’s also showing as the hover color on the side area button and I can’t seem to change that. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having issues with theme! Theme is basically not working with WP Bakery, it’s made site uneditable on backend, and gives error, when I disable the plugin, it works fine. I already created support ticket but haven’t got any reply on that either.
I replaced outdated WPBakery plugin with latest version, still same issue. Infact, on Posts, WP Bakery is coming up as disabled and those pages are editable, we need WP Bakery enabled for everything, and site should work, currently, it’s not working for us. This is totally fresh installation, so you can reset whole wordpress and just do it from scratch if you have any doubts. We just need theme fixed and in future we dont need any issues with updating theme and plugins, as we will be using Child theme, so do whatever it takes, thanks.

Thank you for working hard on awesome theme. I purchased the them few days back looking at the demo. I am facing few issues for which I have created ticket but haven’t got reply within 24 hours.(It is 36 hours from the time the ticket was lodged at the time of this comment). I hope to get reply soon. Below are a few suggestions looking at other comments and issues I am facing.
- Majority of users who purchased theme have asked for PSD files. Why not to make it available to all verified purchasers?
- Content overlapping with each other and bigger(Zoomed out) animation is issue which few users are facing, why not to fix it globally. If this issue is specific to some installation steps then why not to provide a solution on your website as i can see ticket respond time is tooooooo long right now.
