I must admit that I’m very dissapointed with the support. I opened a support ticket and received an email stating “We reply to all tickets as soon as possible, within 24 to 48 hours.” After 3 days, still no answer. If I could, I would ask for a refund.

Although I agree the theme is at an early stage. I have to say these guys are hardworking and honest. I had a few issues with the theme and they responded quickly to fix the problem and even came out with a new version that addressed them and had some pretty cool new features.

Beware, this theme seems to be in a pretty early development stage. A lot of things are not thought through (missing links in obvious places, limiting excerpt length in boxes on home page etc..). It also depends on KingComposer and Slider Revolution, which have to be updated manually via the template updates (or purchased separately), something to consider from a security perspective. I hope the author can commit to regular updates for this theme.
