How customisable is this theme? In particular we want to;

One more question – I noticed that in the product pages it does not display the brand of the product under/above the item name, but it rather the displays the category and in some instances it only displays the item name. My question is can brand name be displayed below the item name on all product pages?
Also, can only the Tawk.To Live chat be used? What about other LiveChats such as https://www.livechatinc.com ?

You can enable product brand in Theme Options.
About Live Chat, we didn’t check your plugin yet. But I think it should work. We recommend using the Tawk.To Live Chat plugin because there are some websites which are using it with our theme.

First off let me say that we love your theme Upstore. It fits really well for our store and we are excited to use it. I am having an issue with the Login / Register feature on the site. I can manually register accounts and they can sign in, but the guests visiting the store cannot see the register section of the popup. All that they can see is the login screen. There is no section to enter their info and create a new account.
Please let me know what i need to do.

- FIXED * So i actually went to your page for tickets and solved my own problem. You must enable the “Allow Customers to Create new Accounts” in the woocommerce settings.

Because your image is very small. You need to upload a bigger image. Your image size should be at least 1920×600 px. Also, when you select image, you need to select Full Size (please see my screenshot https://prnt.sc/lcn57l).

Hi, I have been using your upstore theme. I have a message that I do not have the latest version.
The theme fails to update with the Envato Plugin. Update Failed: Download failed. cURL error 35: error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure
When I manually download the NEW version and copy all files to the upstore folder via FTP, I am still seeing: You are using version 1.0.4. Update to 1.0.5. What am I missing?

The demo sliders should also be imported. You might not activate the Slider Revolution plugin when importing. You can get the demo slider packages in the plugins/themesky/importer/data/revslider folder and manually import them.
