I detected what I think is a bug in your medusa theme.

The image with size 178×273 for the product thumbnails in the homepage are being generated with a white line on top and bottom. How can I fix this problem?

I know it’s loading fast on the shop preview. Serverpower is excellent it’s hosted by a dedicated magento hoster. My webpage is optimized http://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.cosique.nl/qgDoQ4p2 if i turn of cdd_customwidget my pageload is 3 seconds..

cdd_customwidget makes my webshop slow.. Pageload 7 seconds! Could you please react fast..

Hello. We sent an email wondering how to create a 2nd instance of a product_slider block on the homepage. If you preferred another method for us to contact you, I apologize. Please let us know.

In the documentation we see how to create the first instance, but not the 2nd. We have a product listed on the right column of the homepage and the first product slider block calls /customwidget/list-homepage.phtml

When I tried to create a 2nd instance of the product slider it placed the ‘header’ text over the first instance of the product slider (the left product on the homepage).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. We love your theme and look forward to showing it off.

I bought this theme and have installed the theme. I have created a category(“Dresses”) under the default category and it appears under exdress menu in the main menu. But How do create categories and subcategories for womens collection, mens collection, etc in my main menu. The link is http://closet-vintage.co.uk/

Hi ricci, how to get the language switcher ? I think I set all the things right in store view and also in the configuration but the language switcher doesn’t appear. Any suggestions ? Also I wonder why things like “Login or Register” or “Your shopping cart is empty” are not translated. The whole shop is in Germany but only a few things not. That’s strange.

hi Ricci How do I set the images in a product such that when you mousehover it changes to another image similar to your demo? Hi Ricci, i integrated this theme with my magento really nice theme. everything is working perfectly but on the category page where listed all product of the category, there are not displaying BY (Means Manufacturer) Name. manufacturer name perfectly showing on the product page but category page it doesn’t show. pls give me any solution where i am wrong Thanks

Hi I bought this theme, but not happy in that there is still loads to set up in order for it to look like the demo version.

Is there a way that we get get more info on setting up i.e.;

Categories, and how it works/links with the main site.

I am just finding it difficult to understand the current documentation.

Addendum…..I figured out the Set_layout_menu=1 or 2 function, but my Passion links are all in 1 column. Can you easily explain how to make it so they are in different columns. Also, If I have 7 subcategories, how do I make them show up nicely in 5 columns. Thanks.

If you look at my menu (www.twirlzy.com), you can see that under Events, my subcategories show up larger and in a different color than the sub-subcategories. However, under Passion, the subcategories show up as the same color and font (i.e. Sports is a higher level than running and golf). Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong or where to look? Thank you.
