I am trying to lower the page content on the non-slider pages so that it does not break the header line and float over the image. I would like it to be a straight line instead of a floating look. How do I make this change? Thanks!

Hi, I am working on a Mac 13 in. screen and whenever I am working on the site, the menu and header compresses into a small burger-type of menu. How can I avoid this so the top header and the logo + menu shows the same on every screen without reducing into a burger menu except when users are on their mobile devices or tablets?

Hi, how do I get the translation of the “read more” button in the “recent posts” thing working. I want to translate the themen in german, so I installed loco translate pugin and added the new language german. In the languages folder I can now find de_DE.po and de_DE.mo, the default language of wordpress is set to german but on the site I still find “read more” instead of “weiterlesen”. Can you help me? Thank you

Hello I want to modify the header height in my pages, specially I want to modify this style:
@media only screen and (min-width: 1280px) .rich-header, .rich-header .parallax-container, .rich-header .fixed-container { height: 606px; }
This style it generates on fly in the web page.
I modify in Theme Settings —>Css -> (min-width: 1280px) this style,
but nothing happens, the system loads my style before that the predefined ….
How Can I modify this style ?

Where do I find the page builder? This theme is very hard to work on! I would like to leave my homepage as preview, but it seems impossible with the tools you have made available. I am very frustrated with this product, I would not recommend it to anyone!

To translate any string in the theme use the Loco plugin for translation – it will show the string as admin option string and you can translate it
We use WPML string translation and we find the string in admin option but there does not seem to be any way to translate it

Hello, first go to the wordpress dahsboard >> WP Bakery >> Role manager and enable the editor for footer (the default one is for page only). After that go to the Wordpress dashboard >> footer >> choose the active footer and change just like regular page editigin with the Drag and drop VC builder
I am having an issue where the dropdown menu items dissapear before you can click them, unless you move the mouse really fast, this is the split menu, I didn’t have this issue with the other menus, the site is not online yet, can you help?

You can’t really screenshot the issue, it has to do with the mouse pointer. you hover over a menu item and the dropdown sub menu appear, it is when you move your mouse down to click one they dissapear. I am pretty sure it is to do with my larger height logo, it is 90 pixels high, it doesn’t effect the menus where the logo is above
You could probably replicate it by making your logo larger in your demo, can you suggest a fix for this, some CSS perhaps
If your logo size is 90px what is your header height? And just make s header screenshot, so we can see, maybe the issue comes from the structure

Hello, this is sample language switcher – it is just a menu. Go to the appearance >> menus find the top menu and either remove it modify. BUT, if you want to add multilingual options to your website use the WPML or Polyland plugins – for this case we have custom language switcher, designed to work automatically with these plugins

Hi – I cannot get WP Bakery to work as my editor on the site with the Globax theme. I have watched tutorials and done a few edits to the role manager but I still cannot get it to be my editor for pages.
I even purchase WP bakery for $49 and it still does not show up as my active editor.
Can you please help me out. My Activation key is entered into the WPBakery Setup.
