Hello I have a problem, I tried to install your theme and it says’‘The link you followed has expired’’, how to fix this!?

Thank you, but I want to install on localhost first to make my website and then once it is ready upload it to my web-hosting. How can this be fixed in localhost?
Normally, this problem is caused by server setting which we don’t really know where exactly in your setting. But can be solved easily by FTP upload.
For localhost, even easier, just copy the theme folder (after extracting the zip file) to the path of ‘wp-content/themes/’ in your localhost folder.

Hi, since the last WP update – WordPress 4.9.8 – and the beta version of gutenberg, I’m unable to save/publish any kind of edits I did in Page builder. The changes are shown after saving them in page builder, but as soon as I save and publish them in WP > they’re all gone!
As Gutenberg will be released as standard in the next WP version update this issue in the BigSlam template has to be resolved!
My support has expired. But I don’t think I have to renew it because this is an theme issue EVERYBODY will have with the next WP update! It should be in GoodLayers interest, to offer a working template without asking for $ 41 for extended support.
Meanwhile, switch back to the old admin panel to make any updates on your website! Or you loose all the work you did and time you spent. GoodLayers: I think it’s time to update the theme; make it ready for Gutenberg.

Sorry we don’t have option to add shortcode. You have to customize the theme directly in this case or you may use third party plugin for this purpose.

I managed to get a shortcode working : http://tvb.kouprey.fr/ (at the top you can see : 1Tours 49, etc..), but the problem is even i add it in the page builder, the result is displayed outside : gdlr-core-page-builder-body (as you can see).
How do i get this custom shortcode displayed normally in the page ?

All images are responsive except the players https://demo.goodlayers.com/bigslam/player/john-stockton/
The player image is a wrapper bg so it won’t work just like other elements. In this case, you may place the player in the middle of bg image so it will be on the center.
Or you may hide this wrapper in mobile(in wrapper setting.) and create a new wrapper and make it shows only in mobile and you place the player image here.

Hello Goodlayers. I am thinking of purchasing your theme. I am a basketball agent and wanted to make my website with it. So instead of team I need to call it client list. Also is there any limit to how many players I can put on this client list roster (I need about 30)? Also in the player gallery is it possible to have video? This is the most important part. 1. There’s no limit for rosters.
2. You can make the image to open video lightbox. https://demo.goodlayers.com/bigslam/player/john-stockton/ try to click on the first image.
Or if you want to it to list the video player, you can do it via page builder as well(but not via gallery feature.)

Thank you for all the hard work in this theme. Are there any plans to do additional home-page layouts and post templates. I think if there are additional news-like home-page layout backed by the already well-integrated sportspress this them can do do so much more.
