Hello. I have been informed by Bluehost that there is a security flaw with the Voux, allowed multiple IP addresses to target with overloads. It has caused my website to go down. The file targeted is as follows: wp-content/themes/thevoux-wp/assets/css/app.css?ver=6.0.1
Can someone report back with information please and whether the latest update has a flaw?
Hi there, that’s just a static CSS file. I would suggest changing your host as they can’t be this uneducated about technical stuff.
Secondly, any one can use ddos attack on any file. If that’s something you are worried about, I would suggest using something like CloudFlare.
I have the same problem as PLAYAUDIO with the sidebar. It started with the latest update or around that time – a few days ago.
No matter what I do, there’s no sidebar – and I can’t write a support ticket because my support have expired. Will not buy it again because the issue started after your update.
Love the theme but there’s often issues with updates.
I would suggest clearing your cache or deleting the current version and uploading the latest version from start.
Can’t really say anything without seeing your site.

Hi, I’ve just updated theme to the last version but I’m still having “Version: 5.0.7.1” in my theme page… I was expecting to find 6.0, or am I wrong?

Hi there, those types of inline shortcodes that are not inside the Page Builder can be accessed by clicking the ”+” icon on the text editor.

how does writers log in and contribute articles? It needs a signup and login feature on the website.
Unfortunately, we do not have that feature at the moment.
Can you include that in your roadmap or next update? It’s so much easier if they register and login front end rather than to wordpress backend.

Hi there, the progressbar is built-in the theme, however the table of contents is made using https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-table-of-contents/

Yes, but only if the post format is ‘image’. On normal post this information is not displayed anywhere. Even when another style of post is chosen – 3 or 4. How to fix it?

Hi there Open Sans is supported as its one of the fonts from Google WebFonts. If you are not seeing it on your Typography Selection, please use https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/ and delete your transients.

When adding post carousel element and building a query that is taking the data from products (not posts) – how do you limit to certain product lists? Both the category’s auto complete and the Tag’s auto complete is taking data from the posts not from the products.

i have read your limited instructions on adding a sidebar. this is what i have done: - changed article page to show sidebar - added widgets in side bars for article, blog result – no side bar showing then i read in your manual that i have to add a new side which i did in themeoptions/general/mis/ this still didnt make myside appear
- we have not created pages, artcule, blog pages using visual composer or bakery composer. we just usedthe standard format.
please, please explain in step by step squ. how am i supposed to add a simple right hand sidebar on a article and blog page? note – i set the article page to show sidebar and then used inspect, it shows the sidebar area, butthe widgets wont show.

why are you being so unhelpful? – your theme doesnt work with sidebars. ive paid for it already. do you think its ok to treat a paying customer like this? its disgusting you wont help.
As you can see, there are no other customers reporting any issue similar to this. It is probably specific to your site and you need to open a support ticket if you need our help solving the issue for you.
