I understand. But, I want to show ALL team members on one page and be able to filter them live, on the frontend by the visitor choosing the location and whittling down to those members only.

Team shortcode has no such option. You may need additional customization in order to implement that.

As alternative solution try adding Team shortcodes to Tab shortcodes: http://kidsplanet.ancorathemes.com/doc/#sc_tabsAdd All tab where all team members will be displayed, after that add tab with category name and add Team shortcode to corresponding tab with needed category to display.

This theme has been great mostly but I’ve run into a bug with the latest update.
I’m getting a JS error after updating the Kidsplanet theme to 2.2.2 and ThemeREX Utilities to 2.1. Error is “THEMEREX_GLOBALS is null” happening at /wp-content/themes/kidsplanet/fw/js/core.init.js line 7
The JS error prevents the blog from displaying and probably breaks other features too. You can see this happening at https://ahccc.staging.phoenixweb.com.au/.
At the live site (https://www.aberfoylehubccc.org.au) everything is working fine as I haven’t updated there. For comparison, the live site uses Kidsplanet version 2.2.1 and ThemeREX Utilities version 2.0.1
I’ve tried WordPress core version 4.9.10 and 5.2.2 and the error happens in both so I doubt WP is the cause.
I can stop the error by adding the following wherever THEMEREX_GLOBALS is called. Because it’s called in so many places it’s like playing whack-a-mole so it’s not really a solution.

I tried to submit the bug to your support forum but our support expired a while ago. As this is more of a bug than a support question I thought it was worth mentioning. Feel free to delete this comment later. I don’t want you looking bad as we’ve generally been very happy with this theme.

Hello I am getting the error below when trying to insert any image with wpbakery page builder. We use PHP 7.3. Tried downgrading to version 6.0.3 but it still will not insert an image. Images could be inserted from the wordpress media gallery before the update to version 6.0.4. We now cannot update our website with images. Please help.

Hi, since we updated the theme and ThemeREX Utilities plugin we have constant errors on the website, missing info from footer and blog not displaying categories on blog page… can you please help as soon as possible! I already bought the theme and i am trying to add a custom font. I used fontsquirrel and copied everything at its place. At the Fonts Page i can chose the *FONT (uploaded)’ but it uses Times instead.

Hi! Sorry, but this is not working. :/ I searched the whole theme but a string like “required_custom_fonts” does not exist.
SOLUTION: When you upload a custom font to the kidsplanet theme, the uploaded font get a new name. In the file “core.list.php” on line 1332 i had to remove:
.’ (’.__(‘uploaded font’, ‘kidsplanet’).’)’
from:
$list[$file.’ (’.__(‘uploaded font’, ‘kidsplanet’).’)’] = array(‘css’ => $css);
Now my custom fonts are working!
I found out while inspecting the css. The body got a font-family name “XXX (uploaded font)”. And thats the part that dont work!

Now i found the next problem: the four “service-panels” on the kidsplanet example page… i use the correct icon-settings and tried to change the “icon-book-open” to the same “icon-right” we see on the example page… but it doesnt matter what icon i choose, there is still the open book icon…

OK after a couple of hours later i am really done with this theme! Its not even possible to getting this result: http://kidsplanet.ancorathemes.com/team/robert-book/ After filling out the member fields the page shows just a huge prodile image.
Another weird thing is this: .sc_team .columns_wrap > [class*=”column-”].column_padding_bottom:nth-child(n+5) { padding-top: 33px; } The result is an annoying space to top thats not useful at all…
I am not amused about it. Thought i could shortcut our website, but now i will code it by myself now. Then i know that it will do what it shall do!
If theres the possibility getting my money back, it would be fine. Cause its for a charity organisation for kids (thats why i chose the template, its nice colorful).
