How does the configurator determine what PNG is on top?
The z axis determine the if the png is on top or back, you have axis parameters in each layer, x, y , z, Regards

Except when it concerns a security issue. In that case the support stops as we all can see on this board. I quote “We tested… it working perfectly fine.” In other words, because we at Innwithemes cannot reproduce this issue immediately you as a costumer can f off.
If I was the seller of this template of which several people indicate that there is an issue on mobile, I would like to know exactly what goes wrong and thoroughly investigate this. Apparently you think very differently about that.
The template has potential, but if the demo does not work with everyone on mobile, it obstructs a purchase. If the seller also rejects any form of support or thinking along in this specific issue, it really stops.
We have tested chrome with Android (with different devices), we don’t have any issues. We haven’t received any complaint from our customer about responsive not working as well. We also told “Please make sure JavaScript enabled on your device”. If JavaScript disabled configurator will not work. It requires JavaScript.
BTW You said “Does not work on mobile!”. can you please tell me what is the exact problem? Does site not loading for you in mobile? or is it loading not look good? Can you please provide me screenshot?

Yes, But, you have create 3 different product with 3 different configurator. you can’t have all in one product.

As long as theme not heavily modify woocommerce features, plugin will work well. Some theme authors removed woocommerce filter and add their own. In that case our plugin will not work with that theme. We will create supported popular themes list in near feature.

Hi I bought his theme.. In my media files the images are showing and I can insert it into a page.. When I insert it into my site identify it shows a broken image link on my website, although the image is showing correctly when I am selecting it.. Please help! Oh, that’s amazing plugin and theme ! i have few pre-purchase questions:
- What type of fields i can add ? i see only color field in the theme. what about if i want customer to write customized text, choose size and style option
- Doest is support WPML ? is it RTL ready ?

Everything is image. So you can use size icons instead of colors. Color is just a example. There is no option to add custom text. Theme is WPML ready. RTL not support yet, we will add in future.

Hi, I have one question before I purchase this theme.
Am I able to change the “add to cart” button to a specific link instead? For now, I’d like to use this theme as just a calculator for how much it would cost for a configuration, then the user can hit the link to get to another page. Is that possible?

Yes, you can. You can insert configurator elements using page builder and add a button to link to another page.

It sounds like what I need for a customer, however, I’ll need answers before I can buy it: Is it possible to create several options other than colors ? For example choose a wheel among 3 or 4 models of wheels (important: have a description for each wheel, not just a name). I saw that you had description fields for each option, but when I filled this field in your admin demo, it does not appear in the frontend demo !
