Your documentation that comes with theme is totally different from what’s on your website. And I tried several times to login to your so called support site, but its not logging me in. So instead of lecturing me, First have a look at your own systems.

Why do I need to go to incognito mode and do all this exercise to get support. It should be easy and simple.

Fix your systems first and then lecture your customers.
