We don’t have RTL in theme option. You have to customise css directly in this case. Please check this out : https://codex.wordpress.org/Right-to-Left_Language_Support
However, it supports WPML.

Flex slider suddenly quit working. It had worked for years and no other changes were made to the website to cause it to quit working. The theme is using the latest version, and all non-Goodlayers plugins have been deactivated. The code is still there, but the site jus shows empty space where the slider should be. Is there a new conflict with Flex Slider and the theme? Thanks

We updated to the latest version of the theme, but we cannot get the top menu to display. I have checked “set as main menu” under the menu settings, but no menu links appear in the header. Not sure what is going on. And the floating player is not playing music even though there are tracks displaying.

On an iPhone, there’s a sort of menu “indicator” – three horizontal lines – to the right of the site header. But that isn’t the actual menu. Rather, the menu is in a black bar below the header. My client does NOT like this, because it’s confusing and because it cuts off her head in the photo below. Can this be fixed so users can access the menu from the header?

Sorry but this is the only style for mobile menu that we have. When you press on the button, the menu will be appeared. This is very common in many websites nowadays.
Just updating the colors on my clients site and NO CSS is being recognized. Colors in theme panel not doing anything either. Any help would be appreciated.

Let me first say that I love the design of this theme, great job! I just purchased this theme and I can’t active Revolution Slider. All other required and non-required plugins activate as they should. Whenever I click activate for Revolution Slider, it goes to a blank admin screen and nothing happens. No loading, no visual feedback, nothing. Please advise.

Nevermind, I figured out the issue. Your version of Revolution Slider (5.2.4) was outdated. I had to go and purchase the recent version of the plugin (5.4.7) and it all worked. Then I couldn’t install the demo content. I was getting the server timeout error message when I ran the importer and it finally ran after about 5 tries. I don’t know if the content was duplicated or not but now I can’t get the homepage to load. It loads a blank page (in your design) with an error at the top of the page that reads: Record Not Found
This error is right above the Music Club logo. Any advice on how to fix this and how to get the proper home page to load? I set the static page and also set the full page in your Music Club settings. Thanks!

this solution does not work. it is your very very strange choice that I do not understand. the float menu is more useful on mobile version, to access the menu while scrolling. failure to work on mobile version does not make sense.
anyway it does not matter. if you can not solve it I will use a plugin for a BackToTop arrow

ok, now it works also in tablet and mobile version, I cleaned the firefox cache (with safari and chrome it does not work). but the right class is ”.gdlr-header-wrapper.gdlr-no-height .gdlr-header-inner”. if I only use ”.gdlr-header-wrapper” the image header also becomes fixed. thank u

In this case, you have to import the admin panel setting that we attached in the package. However, by doing this, it will clear all your present value in admin panel (such as top header info , copyright info… etc)

Also, please note that some time this can be happened in local host for some different server configuration. If possible, you may try on live site, I think it should be fine
Everything is configured as shown in the link that you suggested. I am using XAMPP at the moment version 3.2.2. Maybe your plugin won’t work with PHP 7.x?
May be your localhost is not compatible with Revolution slider.. Can you send me the message through the form in our profile page so we can discuss more?
I solved using XAMPP with PHP 5.6. When we will go online we will provide to downgrade php version at 5.6. It would be good, anyway, in future, to have the plugin working with PHP 7.x. Please, delete the refund request I’ve sent yesterday. Best regards.
