demo is not working

Wow! You buy an expensive theme and expect that the developers keep it alive with updates and support, however you’ve decided to just let this one go. No longer provides updates or support the theme – no wonder my website is now broken. @AXXESSLOG I have the same issue with the main menu producing a black screen.

i recently updated the wordpress to version 5.8. i’m having a black screen. clicking anywhere whether it’s an image or a simple url from Main Menu or a normal link in my articles. An overlay box comes up and doesn’t let go anywhere. Also, I can’t close that box. Swipebox? any solution?

Hi! I picked up this theme as a freebie back in 9/11/2018. I am trying to use it now and am getting an error. Was there a time limit on when we are able to use the themes?

Hi, I’m here again. Unfortunately I just discover that the internet browser and of course Google, can not read the ALT Text in my images. I think someting wrong in some PHP functions or in the file rs_image_block.php because I use this often di block.

Hello team, WPBakery Page Builder is not working in ANIMO wordpress theme. The plugin just doesn`t make or save the changes.

Hello, I received your Animo theme & license as part of Envato Themeforest’s “free theme of the month.” I am installing it, but when I go to import the demos I get mostly errors and the files don’t import. The server URL for the downloads doesn’t seem to resolve either. Also, when I try to import the widget settings I get “Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.” I appreciate any help. Thank you!

When i upload a header image it always disappears again after i safe the page. my uploaded logo wont show up either.

Hi, I’ve just purchased this theme and tried to install the demos and widgets. The demos came up with several errors while importing and the widget setting import won’t allow me to import the widget.json file as it says “Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.” Can you please assist.

When you install the demo content, a vertical white line appears on the left across the entire web.

How can this be fixed?

I downloaded the theme for free, and I know this does not include any support from the devs. I’m sharing my comment for other folks.

The per-page “options” does not work. It shows up, and a message says “Settings have changed, you should save them!” but there is no save button.

I’m picking a different theme for my website because of this lack of page customisation, which is what I sought for my website.

Hi, I have downloaded this theme for free as well recently and I am experiencing the same issues as some other commenters here, most troubling the white line on the left of the slider on the homepage (it’s actually moving from side to side when you make your browser window smaller and bigger). I have been trying to figure out which version of this theme we were able to download and which is the current one, but wasn’t able to. It says this theme was last updated in July 2018, but the changelog says August 2016. I understand that you won’t offer support for free downloads and I am happy to purchase this theme IF you can assure me that these issues have been fixed in the latest version and the theme actually behaves like it does in your demo. Thank you.

Hello I am using this theme its clean & great but have some problem , actually breadcrumb is not showing on some pages.
