I like the options for this theme and I’m interested in buying it. Just a question about the theme options: can I set the base font color, style and size in theme options for elements such as body and h tags in the theme options area? I don’t mind working with the CSS but just want to know how it’s set up as this isn’t really something we can review ahead of time.

On your Homepage 14, the navigation submenu opens over to the left, so it becomes impossible to actually select any items since they are several hundred pixels away from the main menu. Is this just a mistake in the setting for that page, or a bug?

Hallo, I’m very interested of Jungle Template also for the portfolio template “4 columns portfolio”, but I need to change the aspect. I’ve 2 questions: • is possible to delate the tags up of the page? • when I pass the cursor on an image, it view “explore” or “zoom”. Can I delate this option and click directly on image to open another window with a simple link?

1. If you mean to remove the portfolio filter to the top of grid yes you can disble it.
2. Unfortunately if you remove EXPLORE button you will lose the link to open the project.. To attache the url to the entire image you need to do a customization on code. Note: you can do it by yourself or you can ask a Studio evaulation -> http://www.uncommons.pro/studio.php

Hi, Maybe I did something wrong but the theme seem incomplete. I’m disapointed there’s no documentation instruction for the installation. The menu isn’t there, so it’s hard to navigate from a page to another. Please help me, if I did something wrong.

I purchased the theme but I’m freaking out because there doesn’t seem to be a way to modify the fonts and H1 etc and text sizes unless you go into the CSS. I am not a developer. I want to be able to change fonts and colors/sizes without bothering my programmer.

a developer just answered your ticket. Anyway the Styling section of Theme Options allows you to change fonts and typograpghy of H tags and much more.

the parameters you attached are basically related to WP. Our theme is not using a lot of resources because it hasn’t the 1 click import. You have some different import files.
Therefore you could have an issue uploading the theme in backend because it’s around 44M and your max upload and post size is 32M.
You should increase it or you have to use FTP to upload the theme.

there aren’t know issues with language plugins like WPML, Loco Translate or Polylang so we think you would not have problems.
Jango Theme and Jango Core Plugin have a ready language files so they can be used to translate all strings.

Oh well. It works. Great design but you can’t do some of them since the jango feature block cannot save your customization and the jango portfolio cannot sabe the categories you selected. A support ticket has been sent but well it’s friday so most likely answer will be next week.
Supported? Well an email was received. Told me to search online Hehehe. But at least we are sure somebody is at the other end.

Ok,
your question was “how to migrate your local wp installation to a remote hosting”. This question is out of our support but the developer adviced you to use “WP All in One Migration” premium plugin or to try a manual migration following some tutorial online. This seems to be a good answer but I’m uploading the premium plugin in our cloud to share it with you so you can do the migration in one click because we thinks that the customer have to be satisfied.

This theme does not even install the jango-core file which is ashame as its looks like a nice theme unless anyone else has been experiencing issues!!!!!

Hi! Please help, I cannot install your theme. When I try t upload the zip jango_v2.0.0 the page is loading a very long time and then sudenly stops…it only says that the zip is still unpacking but it does not….I am stuck on this site for hours and its not going on with installing / unpacking. Whats the problem??

Jango theme size is great (77MB) because it’s full of features so probably your hosting is stopping an upload of 77MB or the problem could be the time of upload sometime (some hosting stops the loading time after some minutes).
The fastest solution is to uncompress jango_v2.0.0.zip and to upload all files and folder using FTP in the folder /wp-content/themes/
If you need further help you can open a ticket on http://support.uncommons.pro adding a temporary admin user so I will try to install Jango on your site using our fast connection (to check if the problem is only the uploading time or if it’s a php setting issue).
