Any plans to update this theme to work with the latest Wordpress??? It’s still running 5.2.x which is ancient…
Bought the theme and mostly loving it! two issues I am having. 1) No uses of the H1 tag out of the box, which isn’t great for SEO, I am working on hacking in a solution. 2) Love that it comes with SASS but when I compile with only different HEX codes for colors the parallax features all stop working. I’m guessing the distribution has out of date SASS files?

i just bought it and many errors – probalby poor compatible with php 7.3. or WordPress 5.6

Wordpress is being updated day by day. Woocommerce is being updated day by day but the theme is not. You theme developers must need to update the theme to be manageable with latest version of Wordpress and Woocommerce.
Have a look your sales are still there at 249 and i am seeing the number same still after months.
I am not suggesting it, i am saying it as a must, update your theme to latest version of Wordpress and Woocommerce. At least do this. Old them with even Wordpress version 5.2, makes it not usable.

I understand but thats bad. That means your theme will never be updates. Even WPBakery Plugin for latest Wordpress versions. You need to look into it also.

you could use the portfolio Grid already integrated in Jango -> http://demo.uncommons.pro/themes/wp/jango/site/masonry-portfolio/
You will have a thumb for the preview (so the page will be super slow to load) and user can zoom the image or open the project eith details.

Add the latest version of WPBakery Page Builder plugin via theme update. Version 5.5.2. that is currently included with theme is not compatible with WordPress 5.0.

the included version of WPBakery PB can be compatibile installing Gutenberg Manager Pugin -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/manager-for-gutenberg/
However we always send the updates of premium plugins if the customer need them (you have to open a ticket for this request).
Obviously in the next release of Jango we’ll update all premium plugins.

Hi! I have a problem with using the WPBakery plugin. I have installed the theme, plugins and setup the demo. But when I add an elements with the wpbakery editor, my changes are not added. And also when I reload the page in the dashboard, suddenly my changes also dissapeared. I can only make changes now in the classic editor, but it is for a client so it will be to difficult for them to understand. Can you maybe help me out with this problem?

Nevermind, I found a video on youtube where he downloaded the classic editor plugin and magically the Wpbakery plugin worked.

Hi I have a few questions about your theme. Is it compatible with gravity forms? Also can I use the shop components on the home page? Are all of the components including shop components able to be used on any page? I would love to know a little more about this. When using the components are all of the images/ style and text included as well? Lastly, can we use a video header on this theme? Thanks!

thank you for your interest on Jango. We answer your questions:
1. We have integrated Contact Form 7 but also Gravity for is working well. Most of input fields are stylized but if needed you can add some css style on the specific option (custom css option)
2. You can use all components in any page (shop too)
3. The components include all text/styles/images because you will use Visual Composer page builder to include them.
4. You can use a video header feature in 2 ways: using visual composer page builder with its video background option (for the row) and Revolution Slider plugin.

as you can read in most forums and official discussions WP5 is stopping all page builders with the inclusion of Gutenberg Editor. For now to avoid this issue we advice to install the plugin “Disable Gutenberg”.

I am just getting started with my page but I already am stumped. I can’t figure out how to make my home page remove the space where the breadcrumbs usually go. I figured out how to remove the breadcrumbs from specific pages, but it still shows the extra space.

Sorry, I figured it out. Realized it had only to do with the Slider. Put this bit of code in the Jango Custom CSS and it fixed it.

Jango is based on Visual Composer so if the plugin’s team will release a plugin version that is working with Gutenberg Editor we’ll include it in Jango.
If we see there is an incompatibility between Visual Composer and Gutenberg Editor we’ll add a plugin to disable Gutenberg on specific post type -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/manager-for-gutenberg/
