No support provided from theme forest also the support from 7UP is very slow, They reply within 24 hours and even after paying more than other template providers the expected time for solutions is very slow I am highly disappointed. I don’t need a refund but at-least help us solve this issue. I wanted my site to be up and running by 6th of may and here I am not even able to activate my theme after 5 days.

Well I am not at all happy with your progress over my ticket, I provided everything your team asked from me, I gave access to my account, I gave hosting credentials, I gave admin credentials and what not I reply within seconds I get a reply by 4-5 hours an sometimes after 26 hours, This is totally unprofessional.

You guys still haven’t solved my issue, All I am asking for is provide me with the demo content shown in theme preview. Your support facility is very very bad. I have support plan included with my purchase and clearly you guys failed to provide me with the support. Stop giving me excuses like my server is slow and shit, You just have to upload the master zip file from C panel and its done.
NEVER BUY FROM 7UPTHEME THEY HAVE THE WORST ITEM SUPPORT TEAM. RESPONSE TIME IS 48 HOURS. AND THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE ENOUGH TO RESOLVE BUGS IN THEIR OWN ITEMS.

Excellent theme, clean and professional. I have one more website related to Thame Taxis can you please recommend a best theme for my site.
The theme does not work anymore with wordpress 5.5 and its not a plugin problem because after updating all the missing plugins they were working perfectly until the wp 5.5 update. I have also contacted the author but instead to help me they gave me another link to discuss the problem on the forum but the site doest not alloud me to register and of course give a comment. At the end of the story, do not buy this theme, it does not work and the author do not give you help if you need it. Very very bad experience i would like to have my money back.

Have you updated our latest version on themeforest yet? The plugins you are using also need to update to the latest version to be compatible with WordPress 5.5.1. We have installed Theme but the normal working structure is very slow comparing to any other site. The waiting time becomes even slower when we placed the products on the site.
When we try to buy products from the contents, this waiting time exceeds 30 seconds and sometimes the server is locked at all. I have reinstalled the theme and attachments to fix this error; however the problem still continues in the same way.

I did open a ticket, this isnt really support related, I believe you will need to repackage your theme file and upload to themeforest as the one on there now is corrupt.

The theme has STILL not been updated. I am still getting an error extracting the zip (theme 1.1.zip) – Please urgently advise else I need to request a refund.

Hi there, this is onew of the best fashion multivendors themes I have seen in years. Great job.
I might be interested in it but I need the vendors to have a frontend from where to add their products the easy way and more options in the vendor page ( with images, about the vendor, profile, etc… etc… )

You can log in with our demo account to view the vendor management page http://prntscr.com/lqtwe4. On the demo we install WC Vendors plugin. With WC Marketplace plugin, the management page will also show up with the default plugin support interface.
