It seems you are opening the HTML page directly in the browser instead of online / localhost url with http. So in this case please open your HTML page in any text editor and uncomment some line of code at the bottom as explained there and then it should work fine.

This is purely a static HTML/CSS template, so blog / search / etc… are not functional feature. You can use provided layouts and build your blog with any backend and programming language as per your need.

Yes that may not work properly when you resize browser or check mobile view from the browser itself and that is already added in Swiper slider bug list. But we have tested the slider in actual mobile device and that is working fine.

As mentioned before it sometimes do not work depending on the browser threshold for mainly touch devices. This is already listed in Swiper slider library to-do list, so we will update that library when they have the update with this fix.

Normally parallax do not work properly in touch devices as in touch devices scroll work upon touch. But still if you want to make it enabled in tablet / phone then you may need to customise minor css / JS code.
