I think the issue is the demo content didn’t install for Slider Revolution. How do I get that?

Revolution Slider files do not import automatically, and you will need to import these slides manually. Navigate to Dashboard > Revolution Slider > Import and then browse the folder you’ve downloaded from ThemeForest and find the Theme Main Files > xml_export > revslider

Thanks for the response! One other question hoping you can answer – is it possible to have an entirely separate menu set for just mobile devices (where parent-level items can be clickable links that direct to pages, but there would also be drop-down child items under some of the parent items)? I love the full-screen navigation example on desktop, and also like the way the menu appears on mobile but want to see if we could set up two different menus (one with non-linkable parents just like in the full-screen example, and one for just mobile that has linkable parent items). As html tags are disabled by default for all meta boxes, you need to enable them manually.

Open up your FTP account and navigate to

wp-content\themes\ambient\framework\admin\meta-boxes\95.testimonials\map.php

Then remove esc_html__ before the meta box field you want to change.

You should log out from your Themeforest account and try to Submit a ticket through incognito mode in browser.

In fact, if you take a look at this official chart http://gs.statcounter.com/browser-market-share you’ll notice the huge difference in market share between IE and Chrome. Explorer’s share in total is around 3% out of more than 10 billion page’s measured on this site.

I understand what you mean. But my client still uses IE11. In the description with the template it says that it is competible with IE10 and IE11? Why then do I get to see photos in the portfolio very large?

Please note that compatibility means that all functionalities are working on that specific platform and they are. Appearance of that functionality is a different thing. We understand your needs, but you need to understand as well that companies grow with the technology and have to keep up with the latest standards. IE is definitely not a standard.
