You are able to use theme on WP 5.0, the main aim is having WPBakery page builder updated to latest version.
Also new huge theme update is currently in progress and will be available in a short while.
Theme is built with SEO friendly code, however you will need to install additional plugins for advanced SEO optimization of your website.

Very nice theme, for me it needs more responsive layout that stretches full page to all devices… especially tablets and mobiles, this theme doesnt fit to page, elements on the page do not reach the edges of the display which to me isnt very appealing.
also i would like to see an option for a swipe menu, not just a drop down menu… although i would say that the drop down is very smooth.
Other than this it seems very good indeed.
What features will you be bringing to this?
Hello, Please, provide us with some kind of screenshot so we can see the issue with responsive layouts. We checked our theme with responsive devices, it works in a proper way. Swipe menu is a great idea. We will implement it in the future theme update.
