When you look on desktop, you can see a full image but when you go on mobile, the image shrinks massively and you can only see a tiny bit of the image and you can’t even know what that image is. On my mobile I can just see the tree instead of the full house.

Any idea how to fix that?

Hello, I have purchase Massive wordpress theme. Installed theme on cpanel. After installation we have also imported demo theme of Massive. There are following error we have found:

1. Under Revolution slider demo slides are not there

2. Woocommerce are showing error “Your theme (Massive) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files” and when we solved this error by replacing all outdated files with new woocommerce files it has disturbed the design of massive theme.

We also try to download demo theme in other way like “switch to manual import”, but the instruction of manual demo download is not clarify the process. so please suggest any refrence site to download manual demo.

My cpanel PHP version is: 7.1.18 SQL version is : 5.5.61

Please suggest how to solve the issue. Expecting your reply on priority basis.

I have tried using ‘Twenty SIxteen’ and the dropdown menu at the top for sub menu items works. However, when using the ‘Massive Theme’ it is not working.

It was working before, and I have also tried deactivating all plugins to solve the problem but it isn’t.

I purchased the Massive theme on 23 May Purchase Code: b0dc3a8d-7d56-4283-81ce-4ec1932d389b – 23 May 2018)

Installation appeared to be successful by our developer has now found some problems::

“The ‘massive’ theme isn’t working the same as it did on previous sites.

Within the visual composer plugin I’ve no option to add the slider on the homepage. I’m not sure whether it’s an issue with the theme registration or if some files haven’t uploaded correctly. Unfortunately there’s no documentation available for this theme making everything a matter of trial and error rather than being able to just crack on.

I’m not sure whether the ‘massive’ theme has been updated and now just works differently or it’s just a problem with this installation.

I have grabbed some images from the flash animation on the homepage but can’t add a new slider for reasons mentioned above.”

I am having trouble installing plugins. I installed theme no problem but when attempting to install the plugins received 500 server error which made every page receive error. I fixed this each time by resetting plug-ins. I then tried a complete reinstall of my SQL database, WordPress and Massive, and although I have now installed massive engine and contact form 7, I cannot install the remaining plugins, and have to reset everything each time I do. Any suggestions??

I have installed Massive theme for WordPress on my WordPress site, however I am having trouble installing the plugins – I get 500 error message.

As it was a relatively new site, I did a complete reinstall of mySQL database, WordPress and Massive, and although this time I could install Massive Engine and contact form 7, I had same errors with the other plugins.

Any suggestions?? ..
