Both of the problems you encountered are known.
1. The plugins aren’t included indeed because of the license difference and high levels of unlawful usage of copyrighted materials. I will send you a download link in the ticket.

Hi, I just recently bought the theme and I loved it. Although I have a bunch of questions in regards with theme’s portions.
1. https://imgur.com/YjlgVfg – Where do I get to see and change the button for my search bar and the helpline icon?
2. https://imgur.com/uWh2V69 – Why does my Gallery shows my set of photo enlarged?
3. https://imgur.com/BPoWeWd – Elementor is completely so buggy, this is basically what I’m only seeing as a content when I edit using the Elementor.
4. https://imgur.com/a/FRk6dJ5 – Since we don’t completely offer our products for sale online, I wanted the add to cart button to function as a button to redirect on a page or not remove it and have my Woocommerce shop to function as a portfolio page that displays our products in our physical stores.
5. Is it possible instead of having the template edited through Elementor, it will be done through Visual Composer? I want to know if this is also compatible with it.

1. Please specify what changes you want to apply to the search button. Helpline is an html code placed in a widget at Appearance -> Widgets -> Header (Logo group) sidebar -> Custom HTML
2. I’m not exactly sure about your gallery problem. Have you tried rebuilding thumbnails for those images?
3. That’s a normal situation in this case. The changes will be displayed on the front end once you add the needed products and save changes on the back end.
4. We have catalog option mode which removes the shop functionality from the site. You can turn it on at Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Store Options -> Enable Catalog Mode
5. The theme and all of it’s elements were designed in/for Elementor. It’s not compatible with Visual Composer.

Ok, here a bit extra info. We sell car parts but very specific parts and rare parts. We want to display them but the price is always to negotiate. Therefor the option to put the item in the basked should be tunrned off. The option put in basked should redirect to a contact form. Is all that possible in an easy way?
We love the look and the feeling of the site so i hope all ths is possible.
It’s easy to remove the add to cart functionality completely – we made an option for this. However, to have it redirect to a contact form – you’ll need to use a plugin or coder’s help to implement this, it won’t work by default.
Is there a demo login for the backend? Just to get a feeling of how it’s setup. Most important is the area where to add the products.

Hi! There is no such functionality in the theme by default. I would recommend you to try using third-party plugins to do this. Max Mega Menu Pro, a paid version of Max Mega Menu plugin we use in this theme, for example, does have a sticky menu feature.
