Whats the deal here?

Between this and Stack theme I purchased 8 licenses. Eight!

Then all of a sudden, both of them are removed from WP, it just stops getting updates and support for both themes – namely does not work with the new versions of WP Less.

Now I have 8 sites that I have to tell clients need to be re-done or I don’t update anything.

Your now selling Pillar here under a new name and still not offering updates or support? I don’t understand how this allowed.

Can you please fix the old Stack and Pillar’s compatibility with WP Less. I can’t even update theme settings without the whole site crashing. I am currently waiting for our hosts to roll a site back to this mornings backup just because I tried to update a favicon.

I appreciate that you can’t always keep stuff selling forever, but I only purchased some of the licenses for Stack approx 3.5 years ago – which is not that long for the average websites longevity. It’s really unfair and bad practice.

Is this script like Wix, that I can charge my client on monthly or annually. If not I would like that features. I don’t mind paying double or triple the original price as long is quality

Submenus are not accessible from a horizontal iPad, even at http://pillar.mediumra.re/. Which is the solution?

Big fan of your work. Owner of Stack, now thinking about gettin this one but have a question. If I have a site with Stack, is it possible to mix elements of Pillar in this kind of deploy?

I am reporting a bug for image size inside a modal — in particular this template page: portfolio-modals-contained.html​

The image (inside a slider of a modal) does not resize to the correct size on first load.

If you adjust the browser window size, it will then trigger the correct image sizing.

I can renew support, but only if you can confirm that you are able to help.

Is this product still supported?

I’m using the page builder in the demo you’ve provided but I’m not seeing the Navigation elements (http://pillar.mediumra.re/elements-navigation.html).

If I am to buy this template, I would need to be assured that the Navigation elements do come with the builder, otherwise I can’t build a website without a header.

Please let me know.

Is this theme still updated and supported?

I just purchased and downloaded it and wanted to install it but wordpress give me an error message “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the stylesheet style.css.

Theme installation failed.”

In the documentation file there is no e-mail for support to be found, so I might try it over here.

Can you please give me a heads up for this product?

I own this template and wanted to understand how I could create a form and have it submit using a specific PHP file. Currently it uses the global mail.php, but if I wanted to use a modified mail.php file named “mail-contact.php”, how do I modify the <form action= > attribute assuming the action attribute is the proper way to select the specific php file to force it to use the mail-contact.php?

What an annoying demo, doesnt load properly on Safari though.

We love the look and feel of Pillar. But it stutters / lags on page scroll on windows current chrome. Any suggestions?

Hi!! I see the css bootstrap calling: font-family: ‘Glyphicons Halflings’; src: url(’../fonts/glyphicons-halflings-regular.eot’); But this file are not on the folder… its missing… can you take a look? (ex. glyphicons-halflings-regular.eot .woff .ttf …)

2. Does it work on web server? Can I use it on my domain?
3. How to setting that builder export CSS/JS with html at the moment?

Dose the source code of the html builder included? and if yes can i run it locally on my machine?
