Hi Ive just downloaded the latest update and installed locally on latest MAMP and Wordpress 4.9 for offline development .Everything installed properly but when i click install demo tab in Wordpress i get a blank page. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

yes you can easily install demo site, we have implemented new demo importer, some clients trying to install in old way that why they got this issue.

i tried to import demo but nothing happen.
i bought this theme officially from my local distributor in Indonesia.
they don’t send me the purchase code
i tried install demo by going to wp-admin -> helpme templates.
when i clicked install - confirm - Import then nothing happend.
There is no local distributor, we are selling our themes only here at envato. If someone reselling it, its illegal

why does the text in all of the elements split the words and go to next line? this happens in most all elements.

i got same problem with install the demo pages even not allow to submit ticket giving error The purchase code provided was not properly validated. It could be an invalid purchase code, or the connection to Envato was lost. Double check your purchase code and try again so how we get support then
