2. Yes once you create accommodation and setup its pricing.

It’s normal function of page which build using page builder in our case we are using Elementor. So it’s using javascript to expand page width to fullwidth.

I understand that it creates elementor, but ‘it is not visually beautiful that you do so’, you can ‘avoid doing so’ because for the rest the theme is fine for us. If you use revolution slider, do you think that effect does not come out?

Yes if you are using Revolution slider, it has its own custom layout which support fullwidth so you don’t need to use Elementor page builder to expand content to fullwidth. So you can avoid it using Revolution Slider plugin.

After installation the theme it is not displaying the primary menu as in the theme. It is not showing as a drop down menu. How can I solve this?

My client currently uses Hotellier Booking but does not use the payment system that is provided as they take 2.5%, so they take the credit card details from the website, which are stored in the backend of the site and then manually process the payment via their on-site card system, which costs them 0.25%, they are asking if your booking system will allow them to do the same please?

Basically our booking system will connect to payment gateway you choose. For example, if you choose PayPal, all payment calculation will be redirected and calculated to PayPal.

So to answer your question, it depends on which payment gateway you are using. IF you are using the old one you have already used. All calculation and fees will remain the same.

Basically booking plugin has no related about how payment has been calculated and made.

Thanks for your reply, They are not looking to link to their old system, they would just like to take payment credit card details directly from the websites booking system that they can then process manually by their front counter credit card machine, is this possible and would the credit card details be stored in the backend fo the website?

I think it couldn’t do that and I don’t WordPress should do that. It’s against privacy policy and it’s insecure to store credit card credential l and process manually layer offline.

There is no need to do that. Creating new ticket will make it’s slower. Basically new updated ticket will move down in our queue.

Hi I love this theme and am considering purchsing it for my next project, which I am due to start in 2 weeks time. I am just testing it on my iPhone and it seems that the blog system ‘Previous and Next Article’soe snot show the image in the box, it just shows a grey square box instead, are you aware of this slight issue?

It is not the main blog image it is the image that appears when you hover over the previous article or next article button to the left and right of the blog, when that box slides in it does not show the smaller thumbnail image, just a grey box?

Hi, I just bought the hoteller theme, imported the demo ready site, but when I customize theme and I upload, select and publish my transparent logo, it doesn’t show up on the theme but remains the logo of the demo. when i make a booking status canceled in hoteller the ical is exactly the same…. how is it supposed to free the dates in booking? and when a booking from airbnb is canceled hoteller does not free the dates…

There are several reasons, we don’t make single accommodation page fully editable using Elementor. It’s very easy to enable that but it won’t work for most of customers.

Because there are various informations on single accommodation page which could be changed by date. For example, we have seasonal pricing which are changed according to current date so if you enable Elementor on single accommodation page. Customer will have to make change every room type when date pass each season? Or if some customers have different rate on weekend so they have to made this changes on every room type on every weekend. That’s the reason.

But if you really want to fully build accommodation page with Elementor. You can enable it from WordPress Dashboard > Elementor > Settings > General > Post Types.

Hi, after update the theme I got this error while trying to add template from elementor: the request returned with a status 500 – Hoteller’s template only. 2. The image on parallax slider is not full, leaving grey background on ipad 3. The menu on https://themes.themegoods.com/hoteller/city/ is not looking right on ipad.
