2) I will need to transfer properties from my web to other online portals, in some you can do it with the feed XML. Does your theme support exporting in that way through UI, without need to pay customization?

1) You can use WPML plugin (Paid), Or you can use Loco Translate plugin (Free).
2) You can export XML using WordPress Tools -> Export or you can use WP All Export plugin which allow to export CSV/XML format.
3) You can use Free chat plugin named Drift.

Issue # 1: The page options meta boxes are not appearing in the page admin. This is screenshot of my other website based on this theme that shows the meta boxes: always.wowie.co/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/screenshot-korekland.com-2018.12.13-17-55-48.png So these 2 meta boxes not appearing in my new website based on same theme.

- Update to houzez v.1.6.5 after update you need to updates plugins too in admin under Appearance -> Install Plugins, Also install Classic Editor plugin.

Everything is already updated and working. I just made the website today with latest version of theme and plugins. Something is wrong. My support has expired so the support forum is not allowing me to create the ticket.

I spent hours going through your list of amazing features. What an outrageously rich product. Wow!
I have a few pre-purchase questions:
1. Can it work with Woocommerce to enable agents pay for listings? Iive in a country where PayPal, Stripe, and 2co are not supported.
2. Can it work with AMP?
3. I know Houzez is a theme as against a plugin, but can it work with another theme?
4. Can it work with any of the WordPress plugins that auto-publish to social media such that when listings are published it automatically post to designated social media accounts?
5. Does it enable admin to approve listings before they are published?

1. We never tested it with Woocommerce, you can integrate it or you can only integrate new payment gateways which work in your country.
2. Yes, some client using it. Also houzez is fully responsive and work good on smartphones and tablets.
3. We restricted it only for Houzez but it can be work with other themes two with little customization.
4. There are many third party plugins, you can use any.
