When activating the required plugins, all install and active except Meta Box and Kirki. When i activate either one of those wp becomes unavailable. I have to remove wp installation, reinstall it and reload the theme.

Can I have some URGENT help on ticket #1855162 – The maps didn’t work so you took my log in and updated the plugin and it now works but everything else is completely messed up and you have left it like it. I am due to hand over this website NOW

Still not sorted – They message back on tickets with irrelevant questions like “can I see a screenshot” which you reply to then they take another day to answer. You don’t need to see a screen shot when you had access to the website to perform the update in the first place and all you had to do was look at the front end to see that every single gardenhub element had lost it’s styling.

Three days later and still in the same situation, the latest reply was “sorry we messed up your template, we now have your FTP details, can you tell us what folder the theme is in” REALLY! baring in mind you can see the folder in the URL! Now they will take another 24 hours to see the reply and no doubt I will wake up to yet another nonsense “time delaying” message.

‘GardenHub_WooCommerce’ this error happens because you mentiond ‘Woocommerce’ plugin as ‘Recommended’ in documentation file, but this plugin is required please edit documentation file.

Hi, I’m adding some images to a website of a client. Now there were some problems with selecting images. When I want to add a image with the page builder ‘visual composer’, the media library sometimes loads very slowly. When it is loaded, and I select an image, then the image is sometimes not shown. Sometimes it works suddenly again, but often it doesn’t work. After updating all plugins, themes and even WordPress, the problem was still there. Now I’ve deactivated all my plugins and then activated them one by one. After activating te plugin “Kirki Toolkit” the problem was back again. My conclusion is that the plugin “Kirki Toolkit” causes a conflict. Is it a problem you’ve heard of before? Is there a solution? I hope you can help me.

Hello. I just purchased Garden Hub for my landscaping website. I am hosted by HostGator and am using WP. When I uploaded the GardenHub zip file, I got a 505 error message. I like the look of your theme, but I don’t know where to go from here. Can you assist?

Important: One of the most common reasons people have issues is because they try uploading the full zip that includes demo content, theme, documentation…etc which displays the “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” error. Please make sure you upload only the theme which is called gardenhub.zip.

What a terrible support. I bought a theme can’t even install as the function.php is missing wocommerce files terrible. My fault I didn’t researched the theme before !!!!!
