Hello I want to update my site to Drupal8 with this theme. I downloaded the latest version in here in themeforest (progressive 1.8.1). But after install the shortcodes are not working correctly.
Is this your latest version? Or can I download the latest version somewhere?

I just bought this theme but I seems not working with Drupal 8.7.1 ? What mean install Drupal 8 ? Because I guess Drupal 8 has some problem of security, or maybe I’m wrong ?

Hi. The essence of the problem. I don’t need commerce module in my project.
1 . I made a full install of D8 preloaded with your theme. I tried to remove the module, commerce that did not work for me.
2. I another way and installed only theme on the already installed D8 site
and came across such a problem … I could not place the Progressive: Main Menu block
(journal entry)
TypeError: Argument 4 passed to Drupal\progressive_cms\Plugin\Block\NdProgressiveMenu::__construct() must be an instance of Drupal\commerce_cart\CartProviderInterface or null, array given, called in Iit is possible to use “Progressive: Main Menu” without installing commerce module?

Visual Shortcodes don’t work. every time I try to edit the page using visual shortcodes, the resulting page consists of some text from the shortcodes titles, such as ‘Row for columns’. your system requires BOTH “verify purchase with envato” AND “Enter your Envato purchase code here to verify your purchase.” (even though it says ‘OR’). I purchased this theme, but don’t know where the purchase code is, so I can’t go on.

Your method works, but I am not going to renew my support subscription. This bug was there 2 years ago when I bought the theme. It’s a bug, and I am not going to pay for the fix. Not to mention that no one promises that the bug is going to be fixed if I renew the support

The 6 month free suport period is specialy created for such sutiations – then something is not working and you have enough time to report the problem.
Our module is not standalone solution – it’s depend on the Drupal configuration, this is mean that wrong configuration, error or conflict on another module can cause problems to our module. To inspect this problem we need to spend our time and check your website configuration.
Unfortunately we should follow the themeforest rules of the support, so if it expired then we can’t provide it for free.

Hi, is there a warranty available with this theme? I think it might be a good starter theme for a site that I am building but I have a few concerns about the version of bootstrap as well as some of the associated modules and would like to know if I find that this theme is not going to work that I can get a refund. Drupal CMS theme couldn’t have a warranty because of it Drupal dependent, which could have bugs or for example some conflicts with extra modules which you could install. If you will install the Full Drupal Installation then you will have the same website as on our live demo and it will be configured correctly by our team.

Pre-Sales Question re: Progressive Multipurpose Responsive Drupal Theme. I have a Shopify ecommerce site. I want to upgrade it to a Drupal CMS “news-centric” site. Your theme appears that it can be configured for news. However, I want to continue to use my Shopify subscription to sell my products. I.e Drupal + Theme + Shopify. When a customer starts the checkout process they’re on my Drupal site. When they click “add to cart” they’re taken to Shopify for checkout. All order processing, fulfillment, shipping, inventory and all store-related features would be in Shopify. Can your Progressive Multipurpose Responsive Drupal theme support this config? If not, can you suggest a shopping cart that you do support?

Such functionality doesn’t controlled by theme – this can be implemented by some special modules, like this https://www.drupal.org/project/shopify So if you found such module on the drupal.org and it fits your needs, then you can enable it on our theme and it should work correctly.

We are having big time trying to convert a current work of a “Progressive application” done in Drupal 7 to Drupal 8.5… Can it be done???
It is time consuming to start over from scratch in Drupal 8.
Assuming Drupal 8.5 was set up with PHP 7.2 … What is the procedure you recommend to perform the conversion upgrade ?

The migration process is not controlled by our theme – this question should be covered on the drupal.org forum. So you can migrate it like any other Drupal 7 website – there is nothing special in our theme or modules that can be done in a specific way.

We understand that should not be anything special but we already have being working for 2 weeks trying to save all the work done on Progressive for Drupal 7 by converting/upgrade “Progressive” to Drupal 8.5 . We worked with the hosting provider, Drupal’s forum and many people and still not able to make the conversion. In some cases we just receive short answers similar to the one you provided.
We though that you being the author of Progressive and knowledgeable in Drupal, that may be could point out to some directions to alleviate this agony. But thank you, we appreciated!
Hi, we have launched a Drupal 7 website which was built by the previous Developer using your theme Progressive.
We have a major issue, the hyperlinks don’t work on IOS mobile devices: iPhone, iPad etc. These are some of the links that don’t work: Read more, Find out more, Home burger icon, etc. Nothing happens when iPhone users click the links on the home page and on other pages. So it’s very inconsistent. We don’t have the purchase code that he used. If it helps we can provide his email. I will also provide the website link.
We are asking if you or anyone can help us as the site is now live and users on iPhone cannot use it.

Hy Nikadev, i have a Big Problem in drupal 8 Version (actualy versiondrupal and progressive). In Layout Builder (Design -> Settings -> Layout Builder) i have only add Row not add Block. in alll your vids of demonstrate are allways both. and in my old drupal 7 version it was add block too. What can i do on that?

The error comes from modules/jquery_update module so I think it was updated not correctly (or may be update.php script was not runned). I suggest to double check this and also check this module changelog. Also I can suggest to just google this error: https://www.google.com/search?q=Call+to+undefined+function+_system_default_theme_features()&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t
Unfortunately I can’t help you more deeply because the support covers only our theme functionality and our modules, but as you can see here it’s out of our range, and I just don’t know where can be a problem in the module which I didn’t develop.
