Before purchase question, when we open the web appears a Logo (pencil & ruler) it will change when I upload my own logo!?

Hello, I purchased your theme few hours. Your theme is severe VIRUS INFECTED “TROJAN” please see screenshot. Please fix this as soon as possible otherwise cancel purchase immediately. Really bad impression. I tried many times to download but Antivirus software has removed the file.

Hi, I am interested to buy this theme. I have few doubts if you could answer. I want to have chat, email subscription, book an appointment feature. Am I able to add external plugins to this theme. If yes, any recommendations of which one has worked fine in the past.
Thank you for your interest in our themes! You have only a Booking plugin with this theme. You can use any plugin with this theme, most of the plugins work out of the box. However we do not support third party plugin and if you encounter issues we may not be able to help you.

Hi, I just purchased this theme and not able to install. I followed this instructions on here. https://support.vamtam.com/support/solutions/articles/200951-how-to-install-the-theme-via-the-admin-panel- I also increased my file size limit upload to 64M.

Hi, I purchased your theme and find it beautiful. My only problem is that I cannot set up a blog page. It just won’t show. When I use the “item” blog and put it in a page, nothing shows at all. I have selected the categories I wanted and it didn’t work. I tried to select all categories and still nothing. Can you please help?

I want to buy the theme for a client. One thing I need to know before buying. Is this theme compatible with page builders like Elementor or Beaver Builder?
Thank you for your interest in our themes! The theme is compatible with both builders. Note that the demo pages are created using our own propitiatory VamTam builder and you can’t edit those pages with Elementor or Beaver builder. You can only create new pages with them.
