This is a great theme that I REALLY want to purchase. The issue is that I need a portfolio plugin that functions similar to the NRG portfolio plugin http://demo.nrgthemes.com/projects/nrgnetworkwp/. I need my users to be able to create projects. I have searched the web extensively for a standalone portfolio plugin for buddypress with no luck. The closest one I found is no longer being supported. If you can recommend a standalone portfolio plugin that is being supported, I will get this theme. If you can build a custom one to my specifications, please let me know as well.

No, there is no API in the theme, though WordPress has it.
The features that will be added in the upcoming update are newsfeed, weather widget, community badges. Calendar and event will be improved, but they still won’t be similar to ones used in the HTML version. Other features won’t be added yet.

There is a private messenger without possibility to send attachements by defaut. You can only submit text messages with emojis.
However there is a plugin called “Buddypress message attachment”, that provides such functionality.

Hi team, excellent template, one of the best ever see. How can activate the SignUp form in a modal popup on the home page header banner.
The goal is to leave the login form like this by default and to register, when you click on the button you would have to open modal popup instead of the entire form as it is by default.

Unfortunately, such a feature is not implemented in the theme, however, we can do a custom job for you if you wish to add this custom functionality for your website.
The theme comes with POT file that lets you translate the theme to any language, it also compatible with WPML so you can make the site multilanguage.
By the way, we are going to release an update in the nearest time, where will be implemented more new features.

Due to the nature of PHP Mail function emails often arrive in the spam folder, please check it. However, did you try to test e.g contact form, did you able to get emails after submit? If still not, probably it’s connected on specification and configuration of your hosting(https://support.crumina.net/help-center/articles/13/18/53/emails-arent-received-reasons-and-workarounds).

Can I:
1. Add multiple roles attributes to user profiles for matching and filtering (ie: business owner, legal team, etc)
2. Can the number of roles above be restricted based on memebership subscription level ? (Ie: free level = 1 role / paid level = up to 5 roles)
3. Filter based on location?
4. Can buddy drive be used for file sharin among connections and groups?

As for questions 1-4, such features can be implemented with help of the additional third-party plugins. Concerning messaging system, there is one provided by BuddyPress. More about it you can find by the above provided link too.
