1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.
2. Please make sure that you also update Tour Master plugin as well : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/ (See GoodLayers’ plugins section)
3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.
4. If still doesn’t solve, please provide wp access + site url through the form in our profile page so we can check.

Hello Goodlayers, I have bought your theme and I am very pleased with it.
However, I find myself with a little bit of a situation when it comes to how the layout looks when in Mobile.
I have several pages that consist of various sections with a Wrapper and inside this, two Columns in a 1/2, 1/2 zig-zag layout, always alternating.
I have a option to hide a Column, or the Wrapper itself but I do not have any option to choose which column I want to show first when in Mobile.
Is there any possible way for me to pick the order of these columns when the view changes to Mobile?

The best way is setup different section in mobile. You can display the desktop version then hide it in mobile and setup another section for mobile only, I think it will work good as your wish.

Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version in order to use with WP5.0. Also, by updating the theme, please make sure that you update GoodLayers’ Plugins as well and please clear browser cache after updating.

Unfortunately, this theme is not Woocommerce based so it won’t work with Woocommerce payment gateway.

Hi, I am trying to add some custom code in Goodlayers > Miscellaneous > Custom CSS/JS > Additional Head Script and I get an error message “An error occurs. Please refresh the page and try again. If the error persists, please contact administrator for this”. I have some code already that used to work but for some reason, it no longer works and I had to add an additional plugin to insert the code. Any idea what could be wrong? I deactivated all plugins but the error still occurs.

I have few questions on the product:
1- How I can change the currency from USD to SAR (Saudi Arabia Riyal), the question included also the currency symbol. from the dashboard I went to: Tourmaster > Payment > (Paypal, Stripe ..) I changed all the currency to SAR but still in the pages of tours doesn’t change!
2- when the customer pay through the website (Paypal, Credit Card, Visa …) how the money will gone transformed? I tried to look for bank details, Visa details or Paypal details but didn’t find any thing! is there a way to change the payment method ?
3- for the language as Arabic language we need rtl to make the formate well, I want to change the words which written, is it sorted in Database or file to change these word from Urdu to Arabic ? can you tell me the path.

Sorry for the issue. You are correct, currently the theme can’t add additional fields for the booking form.
However, yes, we received many requests regarding this so the good news is we are adding this feature in the next big update which should be launched soon
(We finished developing this module already, just in the stage to implement other features and crafting.)

So currently, the booking form in the single tour (right panel) can’t be customized yet but we will add this in next update. However, you can add more fields in contact details and traveler info at this point.

Hi guys, Just purchased your theme. I believe this is one if the best and complete theme available out there for it’s purpose. Looking forward for future developments and updates. I also hope that you can add option for additional email reminders and post travel email reminder to encourage reviews. Email autoresponder integration for marketing purposes is also great. Most customers for travel business are repeat customers, having a way to follow up and re engage customers are great additions. Any way great job! I’m very happy to found your theme.

There several ways to fix this.
Did you use the slider plugin previously? If you did, please make sure to activate it and put it in page builder. If not, you may set the padding top of the highest wrapper in your homepage so it can make space on the top.
Thats a quick fix, using the slider or putting spacing but it looks ugly if I have an element with a gradient background as this extends underneath the nav header, giving two gradients. One on top of another. Is there another way? I also need to export my settings for tourmaster, which doesn’t work. Only export for goodlayers works.
Can you provide the screenshot of your site earlier so we can see how it looks before this? so we can provide exact guidance. But if to make it similar to demo, the section behind top header is slider so you need to use Revolution slider item.

Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe.
To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.
Ok no problem I will use paypal…secondly I want a specific header with quite unique menus and don’t know if my customizer will be able to achieve that will this website(I wish there was a way to attach a sceen shot)?Secondly,your website has 02 score on google page loading insight which means the site is extremely slow,why is that and what are you doing about it?Thirdly I want an instagram gallery,can I have it instead of your demo gallery?Fourthly when your site is viewed on mobile to be mobile friendly I noticed it looses contacts details,language translations and many other things only leaving log in,sign up and social media icons,in my case I want it to show on mobile screen my company coņtact in form of phone handle,language translations is it possible to do that (again Ï wish I could attach a scŕeen shot tò show what kind of a mobile screen menu I desire)
My fifth concern is that you have the PayPal that doesn’t process credit cards for those who have no paypal accounts,I think that if I were to get a coder to link the credit carđ processing system to the payment gateway of my choice he/she would only have to redirect “submit payment ” button to the payment gateway I have chosen which is not a big job as you have insinuated earlier am I wrong?

2. We are working on this. This currently happens only to mobile view. In the past it didn’t happen but seems like Google change some factors so it just affected. But we are working to fix on this.
3. In this case, you can seek for third party plugin. I think they’re many of them. (We also do have instagram as well but will be a plain one.)

Oh thanks for screenshot but unfortunately, we don’t have those layout in the theme. You have to hire a coder to implement it in this case.
