Hello, I bought this theme a week ago and it doesn’t work. I contacted support, provided credentials so they could fix it, but I haven’t received a response for 3 days and the theme is still not working. I would appreciate it if you could fix it as soon as possible.

After updating the theme to the latest version available on envato elements some pages have missing content. Its is still in the page editor when you edit the blocks its just not shown on the page.

I cannot get support through your forum as you require a licence that you do not get when downloading from envato elements

FYI I have classic editor installed and latest version of WP Bakery (6.2).

This theme is great and I am very pleased and happy until now. At the moment I can only edit pages using the classic text editor as the visual editor in the back end is not displaying at all. Bakery Front End is working but that does not allow me access to make update to my testimonials slider. No way in Dashboard to edit testimonials that appear in slider. Help Please!

I have this theme and on the mobile when you use the portfolio the slide bar does not work? you are unable to slide it to see the other images of your portfolio. Desktop is working it is just on the mobile!
