Guys I asked a question days ago but no answer. I understand its holiday time.
I bought the html version of this but couldn’t get it to work but I like the theme and would like to use it. If I upgrade to the wordpress theme can I get my $17 refunded and discounted against the $59 price. Seems fair to me as I bought a product that I haven’t been able to use??
Please let me know asap and send a link for a discount price and I’ll pay as i’d like to download this and get started.

Hi—does this plugin REQUIRE Visual Composer? Or can it work with VC disabled? (We’ve found VC to use a lot of memory and often slow pages down.)

The Visual Composer plugin was included into the theme so the pages are created with this plugin, so you will have to re-create the pages content after disabling the plugin.

I have wp-views plugin installed. I’ve created view with HTML paragraphs tags, but themes display it in one line. It removes HTML tags.
I’ve changed to default wordpress theme and everything works fine.

I just meant has ThemeREX modified the plugin specifically for the theme itself, so that if I purchased an individual license it would still be functional. Similar to Visual Composer, which had added elements from author for theme layout. Looking at VC again closer, it does not appear that it has been customized like other themes I have. Am I correct? Thanks!

I see. You can buy the plugin license if you wish. If you need the Revolution slider Dummy data as on the theme demo, you can install it in Appearance – Install Dummy Data – put a tick next to Revolution Slider only and click ‘import’ and the slider will look exactly the same as on the theme demo. As for Visual composer, what exactly do you mean saying ‘it does not appear that it has been customized like other themes I have’. Could you please elaborate more on this?

Thanks for reply, but I don’t need help with demo content. Concerning Visual Composer (VC), some theme developers add custom elements to VC that are specific to the their theme. I don’t see any add-on elements in RightWay theme. So, potentially, I could purchase an individual license for VC, install it, and I won’t be missing out on any custom elements or break any custom elements I already have in my current design. Plus, I would be able to keep this particular plugin updated all the time instead of waiting for the update to come with next rev of theme. The current rev of VC is 5.4.5.2 and the latest rev I have with your theme is 5.4.2. Some of my other themes have VC revs that are a few revs old and I would like to bring them up to date.
ThemeREX has always given me great support and is quick to reply, but I cannot say that for other theme authors. I am just trying to determine which themes have customized VC and which ones do not so I can safely update. Thanks!
Correction: The current rev of VC is 5.4.2 and the latest rev I have with your theme is 5.1.1.

Are you referring to any certain plugin, like this one https://codecanyon.net/item/poller-master-ultimate-wp-polling-system/7629879 ? If so, the plugin is a paid one and it was not tested with the theme, so we cannot guarantee the theme compatibility with it or any third-party plugins, which are not included into the theme. As for the WP-Polls plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-polls/#description, it can successfully be installed into the theme but again, we cannot guarantee it is 100% compatible with any aspects of the theme, since there is no poll functionality included into the theme by default.

I think i want this theme, however, can i remove the turning gear with the css options, also i dont like the google maps on the main homepage. From what ive read there is an area for presales questions, but i cant seem to find it on here or the support webbsite? what am i missing here?

Hello, I have a few questions. I really love the shortcode options you have for your theme. They are outstanding, actually. But the documentation indicates that the homepage is constrained to 3 layout options. Is it possible to use Visual Composer to create a homepage layout (rows, slider, content areas) and insert short codes to display content in instead of using the TRX shortcodes? Also, I have a questions about the formatting for the blog list. There is no excerpt text in the blog list demo (classic style), only the title and featured content display with their alignment as centered. Is this adjustable? The demo layout of the classic style list has the title and featured content aligned to the center. Is there a way to change the alignment to the left and add the excerpt text content?
