my wordpress says the Thme is uptodate but my woocommerce is stating that:
Your theme (Fildisi) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.I have automatical updates in the theme options.
What can I do?

Hey getting message of “contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.” When updating to latest version of the theme and Woocommerce, do you know if a fix is coming out soon. Also noted a bug in latest version where center aligned ‘Custom Line’ in page builder is no longer central aligned. Thanks for your help, and love the theme

As always, when woo makes an update, we provide updated woo templates when necessary by next update of Theme, so stay tuned.
Are you referring to the custom heading element? Our support team cannot verify any issue with latest Theme version. Please make sure you are fully updated in both Theme and related plugins.
For any other issue please open a ticket in our Support Forum since we provide support only there.

I want to buy your Fildisi WordPress Theme. I will be able to create a structure in it like in the screenshot on the link? Thanks for your interest. I think that you can this structure apart from the widgets (content) next to the logo. If you want content there (widgets) you will need custom code.

1 & 2. You can mix any components you see in our demos apart from the header layouts. However, you can switch to hidden menu per page basis.
3. Yes, you can select among various image sizes in the slider element.

1. This is a responsive slider so images will be proportionally resized on devices. In any other case, your images will be distorted.
2. Yes, you can have any element to be full width.

Sorry, I still few questions of the theme:
1.Can I change letter spacing, line spacing, font size, and position by myself ( not only the font but also some where else that we can use CSS or html to customize my client‘s need)?
2.Can I use “Noto Sans CJK” to be the font of the website?( Noto Sans CJK is the font that Google and Adobe develop it. )

When viewing street view on a map, there seems to be a styling conflict with the “fildisi-eutf-custom-style-inline-css” inline styles which affects the rendering of the default Google map compass needle and zoom control buttons.

I’m not looking for support on this occasion but instead pointing out a bug in one of the core components of the theme which prevents proper rendering of the Google map controls.
The default inline styling of the theme casts a wide net on buttons which in turn interferes with Google maps controls.

No, there wouldn’t be any issue with the link you shared as the map was embedded in an iframe therefore doesn’t inherit any of the themes styling.
The affected maps are ones placed using the provided VC/WPBakery options or header settings.
Hope this helps you narrow it down if indeed there is an issue.
Thanks, it makes sense. However, this is our element and you can use it with the available options under Theme Options > Map Options (you can also enable the Zoom Control there). We will check if we can add some options in future releases but it seems there is nothing to be fixed.

You are certainly correct with regards to the support forums and am in no way opposed to them.
As mentioned earlier, I was not looking for personal help or support with this issue and was merely reporting a minor defect/bug which has seemingly gone unnoticed; which in turn, I believe a resolution would benefit not only your current customer base, but future customers as well. I personally am able to resolve this issue for my needs, but not all your customers will be able to.
As a fellow software engineer, I believe bug tracking and being notified of them only serves to further improve a product no matter how great it may be.

Hello, I´m about to get the fildisi/fildisi-creative-agency theme for a client. For me to decide I need to know some: - can I have a dashboard login to know the theme? - is video available to insert in the header section instead an image as revolution slider? - this video should be available on smartphones. - how many plugins does the theme needs at least.

Unfortunately, We do not offer such an option to have a look inside prior purchasing.
You can surely have a feature video in your pages. Videos will play with latest modern mobile browsers. Please have a look at the following article: Feature Section Video.
Fildisi needs at least 2 required plugins that are bundled with Theme, the Fildisi Extension and the WP Page Builder.

This is not a theme related issue as from June 2018 Google Maps have made some big changes to the way they allow the use of their API. Please check these related articles – https://mapsplatform.googleblog.com/2018/05/introducing-google-maps-platform.html – https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/pricing/sheet/ in case that you haven’t already heard.
It is also worth noting that we also provide an alternative solution (OpenStreetMap – https://www.openstreetmap.org ) if someone does not want to link a credit card in the Google API Console and use the Google Maps.

Unfortunately the touch area for the hamburger menu icon is not correct (issue noticed on iPhone 7). It does a very fancy animated thingy, but doesnt trigger the responsive menu…
Only if you tap to the far right of the icon it triggers the menu. Doesnt seem to be correct, right? How to fix this?
(issue also appears when i change the icon to ‘MENU’ text option in theme settings).
My support has expired as I just saw, but since this is a bug, not a support issue imo, please help me out here, since i have had this on 2 seperate installs… And I am a dedicated buyer of your oitherwise great themes.

We are here to check for any issue and fix anything that we are able to verify. No matter if your support has expired of course. So, there is nothing to worry.
However, if you check our official demo – https://euthemians.com/themes/fildisi/ on your iPhone you will see that burger menu works just fine.
So, since it seems like an issue in your installation, could you please disable/remove any 3rd party plugin and custom code that you are using? Then, clear your cache and check again.

There seems to be a bug with the menu “Link CSS Classes” (and other settings) when added to a footer widget or sidebar widget.
An example – 1. Create a new custom menu 2. Create a custom sidebar 3. Add navigation menu widget to created sidebar and select menu created 4. Create a new page with left sidebar and select created sidebar 5. Upon inspecting the DOM, the class does not seem to be applied to the anchor. This seems to be the case with the footer sections as well.
Not sure if this is a bug or I’m using this wrong?

Thanks for your message! I think you’re not using it wrong, but it’s not a bug either.
The menu “Link CSS Classes” is a custom menu walker which is available only for the main menu I think. I will check with our team the possibility to enable it for navigation widget menus as well.

Can payments methods be changed later.. or will this problem show up to clients customers(They are from the same country), too? Why is this showing up in a first place?

Yes, sure you can use any available WooCommerce payment options – https://woocommerce.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/payment-gateways/ . We disable the payment methods in our demos so just check the style of Fildisi with the WooCommerce.

I have a pre-sale question: In the design studio demo you have a banner button on the right hand side that is sticky on the page. It has the text ‘Why Fildisi.’ Is it possible to have a button like this linking to any page like a contact form?
