Hello, I have been using this theme for years without any problems. However, since the latest update of the theme and the WPML plugin, I am getting a critical error due to incompatibility between them. Do you know what is causing this problem and if you plan to fix it?

We’ve tested the latest version of the theme with WPML v4.8.6, and everything is working as expected on our end. There are no known compatibility issues between the two.
In most cases like this, a critical error is caused by a conflict with another third-party plugin. We kindly suggest temporarily disabling any additional plugins (apart from WPML) and then re-enabling them one by one to identify the source of the issue.

I was strongly considering purchasing this theme, but after reviewing the demos, I’m profoundly disappointed by the lack of keyboard navigability. It’s perplexing why the :focus-visible outline is either hidden or entirely absent. This oversight directly contravenes WCAG 2.1, Success Criterion 2.1.1 (Keyboard), which mandates that all functionality be operable via a keyboard, including clear focus indication for links and buttons. Without this fundamental accessibility feature, your demo sites are impossible to navigate for many users.
While the designs are aesthetically pleasing, their lack of accessibility renders them functionally deficient and excludes a significant segment of potential website visitors. Given that the European Accessibility Act (EAA) is set to become law at the end of this June, extending accessibility requirements to private companies, neglecting such basic accessibility considerations is remarkably shortsighted and could have significant repercussions for users and compliance.

Testimonal slider has a bug when using it on a WooCom page (carsol). It buntches up on one side and does not display correctly (have removed all custom CSS, JS and have gone thought plugins to check for conflict). Stangely when you resize the page it fixes itself. Please help?

I am interested on this theme but I was wondering wether it’s possible to install it in two different Wordpress instances?
I mean, I have a DEV one and a PROD one, so that I can always try things on the DEV instance before I move the changes to PROD, just in case I break everything.
Please let me know if that’s possible or how, as I saw that both regular and extended licenses are dedicated to one product.

Hi,
Long time user of the theme but no longer have support. Wanted to report a potential bug or rather, unintentional behaviour in the listing page schema.
Using structured data for a “Product” type page, the price is removed from the schema if set to “0”, which makes the structured data invalid.
It is valid according to schema.org guidelines to set a “price” property of “0” within “Offers” where a product is no longer available.

How do we control what menu items are in each column of the menu? It seems to just put them in each column going from left to right. We can’t order them ourselves??
