Hi! I found out that we didn’t buy the theme for wordpress. Can we get a refund and change for wordpress type?
Unfortunately, we can’t refund for this with this reason. This is the feature of product (not bug). You need investigate about the feature of product carefully before purchase it (if have any point which not clear, you can ask us the presale question).

Hi. This is the HTML template (static template). So you can’t active e-commerce. You need search the CMS template like Wordpress, Joomla, Prestashop, ..
Hi,
I tried to upload the & install the theme and got the following error -
“The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”
Afterwards I unzipped it, put the style.css in the root folder, rezipped and uploaded again.
Then received the following error -
“The package could not be installed. The style.css stylesheet doesn’t contain a valid theme header.”
Please let us know how this can be rectified.
