Hi, I just purchased your theme and now when i start upload theme shopify says you have these template missing “layout/theme.liquid”, templates/index.liquid,templates/collection.liquid, templates/product.liquid, “templates/page.liquid, templates/cart.liquid”, and missing template “templates/blog.liquid”....

Check css style file, looks like you don’t update it, or overwrite from old theme.

I followed steps in your video which is not a relalted to what was demostarted in the video. I don’t have any custome CSS which is not in the current one you have just uploaded. I think you need to provide a proper steps to avoid this again. I think having to redesign again and again when ever there is an update. Thanks

1) I uploaded latest theme version to your store. 2) Copied content for “config/settings_data.json” from current theme to uploaded theme in step 1 3) Copied content for “assets/custom.css.liquid” file.
Colors for new features work fine. I noticed that you have outdated version of file “assets/theme.css.liquid” file. May be you copied it during update process from old theme. What is wrong. Do not copy “assets/theme.css.liquid” file from old theme.
You should copy only files which contains your custom changes. Like “config/settings_data.json” – it’s your current theme settings. Or “assets/custom.css.liquid” – where you should place your custom CSS style. And other custom changes (if you edit source files). Please note app’s may edit theme files. You may need to update apps for new theme.
Unfortunately I can’t create more detailed update instructions as each store is unique with unique options and apps configuration.
This is how Shopify software works.

I am trying to hide details from the product page such as the SKU, availability, product type etc.
When I deselect these from the product setings area under ‘product collection’ section it does nothing on the product page.

Newsletter form created based on mailchimp embedded form. Theme doesn’t have other options for newsletter.
You can replace it with newsletter application what suits you best.

I got your question. Unfortunately theme doesn’t have this feature. Mobile version is optimized for user experience. Big banners in navigation popup will confuse mobile users and make navigation hard to use on mobile.

HELLO! Beautiful theme. Is there a way to show the popup names of the color images of the product in another language? I’ve already translated the theme but I can’t change the color names, and that affects directly to how I upload my products. Thank you!
I have an issue similar to other users too. My color swatches defined by product variant show well on the product page and collection, but they don’t on the sidebar filter, sizes (also defined by product variant) won’t show on the filter either.

1) For now theme support CSS colors – https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css_colors.asp You can configure to show images instead of CSS colors. Or you can use custom color names (in other languages) and customize it’s value (HEX code) at custom.css file. Create staff account for me (mpthemes@gmail.com) I can create example code snippet for one color.
2) a) You should configure filter colors at Sidebar section. b) You should add colors as tags to products (as Shopify offer filter only by product tags)

Final comments for this theme and their support,
In the end they did a good job in helping us with issues we encountered during development, they were quick to answer questions and fix any issues (after the initial communication problems). I give them a lot of credit for improving on their efforts.
Overall I would give them a B or B+ for their support, and an A for the design and functionality of the template.

Hello, I just purchased this theme. I have imported some products that have variants in size and color to them. The size and color show up on the individual product page, but they are not appearing on the left hand filter bar on collections. This looks like it is a bug, can you fix this?

No. It’s not a bug. Filters at Shopify software work based on product tags. 1) Add needed values to sidebar. 2) Add tags for your products.

Looks like you don’t have these tags at products. Filter shows only existing tags. Do you have any product with “red” tag for example?

i do not have colors as tags but i have selected “Color” for the “Type of Filter” in the dropdown. your youtube video shows this as well, but it is not loading any colors for me.

Hi, I added the color tags to the products (like ‘Red’ and ‘Yellow’) I noticed now that they appear when in edit theme mode but after saving and going to view the site they are not appearing. I’ve even cleared the cache and did a hard restart on the page. Any ideas?
Actually, the colors look like they are showing up now, but it is the sizes that do not appear. I added size tags to my products but i did not select the “Show all from Collection” option because it will show all tags even the ones that are not size tags. I waited a few minutes but they are still not appearing when live. any idea?
