In the folder you have downloaded from TF, there is a demo content folder “DemoContent”.
Follow these steps: 1. Log-in to your WordPress backend and open your WordPress importer (Tool>Import>WordPress).
2. Click on ‘Choose file’ and select the file: liamhansenportfolio.wordpress.2018-01-04.xml
3. Click ‘Upload file and import’.
