Hello, I just purchased this theme today and have successfully uploaded and activated the theme and the accompanying plugins. I however try to install the 1-click demo website (Fount64) and it is not working. I get an error message and all media files (icons, images, and the rest )are not uploaded.I need help in order to properly installl the theme and demo site.

Then you can update it manually as shown on the theme documentation.

I have this theme installed but some how after using it for a year all of the sudden the site went too slow. I updated the plugins and found that disabling Visual Composer made things working then I updated that as well there was an improvement but not much. On Contacting the support they analysed the site with their testing tool and came back with a conclusion and responded with this.
“the theme at your end is modifying the page builder output which in-turn can cause an overhead delay.”
On further calrification they said.
“You can get in touch with the theme author an get rid of the modification code which is used in the theme to modify the plugin, so that it can run the standard plugin version at your end.”
Can you please guide me on your documentation that how we can get rid of that modification code.

All the modifications I made to their plugin were in order to strip parts of it and make it lighter. Also, if you look into previous comments here nobody is complaining about speed (specially “all of a sudden”). Also, I don’t have any website licensed under your username which means that you aren’t using the latest theme and bundled plugin versions.

Thanks Pirenko for your quick response. I was not able to raise a ticket because I think the support we have is expired, we purchased the theme in Nov 2016. I think we should try to update the theme first and hopefully that will resolve those issues.

Hidden menu only visible on preview page.
Hi, I installed the template with de Artist demo concent. The menu (hidden widget) is empty though when I open it on the website. But, when I preview the home-page the menu is there. Https://verawapstra.nl

Thanks Pirenko, but the actual version of the provided WPBakery Visual Page editor is not compatible with Gutenberg. At least 5.5 needs to be installed.
