We are getting issue with the mersal theme’s plugin ” Mersal Common ” with the updated version of Wordpress. For now we have renamed it from backend as it was giving critical error on the website. Please review and suggest.

Hi, I purchased your theme. 1. The text slider doesn’t seem to work. I replaced the words from the demo content, but only the first words keep sliding. The 2nd and 3th are not working. 2. Can we use 2 different logo. For example when first opening web page its show logo in white but when scroll down it change to different color?

What can I do about this?

Hi, when will you finaly release an update for this theme? It is still version1.0 or am I missing something? For example, the page building plugin needs to be updated asap.

Hi – 3rd request…I really need this theme fixed…it’s just plain broken… and I don’t think I should have to pay to make it work… I noticed it’s only 1.0 version so that may be why. I also paid $200 for it – never paid that much before so I expected it would be pretty simple…it’s not… broken and can’t even access the theme’s features in WP…backend. Just “blank”... so, please let me know what to do – or I’m going to need a refund so I can buy something else that does work. Thanks.

When I first activated the theme I had many errors like :

I had to downgrade PHP from 7.4 to 7.2 to make it works but I still have this error everywhere in the mersal options :

One another thing, the text on home is stuck on “WE LOVE TO DESIGN” the other words (Development & Creative) never shows.

Congrats the theme was perfect and easy to use. But I witnessed several problems while customizing your help will be great.

1. We want to change color of row but its not changing at all. 2. In price section we want to change currency icon but don’t know where to change. Also in price section all words 1 letter is Capital can we change that ? 3. Can we use 2 different logo. For example when first opening web page its show logo in white but when scroll down it change to different color? 4. Can we remove cursor on first page text ?

Same as others commented out here I have the same problem in some settings on template, for example changing colors not works.

Could you share the solution here so others that will face this problem can solve it themselves.

This theme doesn’t support well for PHP 7.2 version well. There are many bugs or variables error in the script (but works well with PHP 7.0). I spend quite a lot of time fo fix those php issue manually but there are just too much.

Please consider downgrade your server php version if you decide to use the theme.

OR the author could upgrade the template and provide another release.
