How do you change a button color? Seems like they are only white. Headers aren’t customizable either – they have to either be on, or off, and cannot vary by section. Ken burns effect doesn’t apply when using in FullPage mode. There is nothing in the documentation about any of these things, just a lot of really high-level/basic documentation that doesn’t cover much. Overall, this theme has a lot of functionality, but seems like it’s missing some simplicity. I wouldn’t recommend for basic users. We’ll see if the author can assist… If so, I’ll buy.

hello, got your theme as a freebie today and thought id try it for a project. required plugins didnt have revolution slider in it, like the website says. anyway, i even found a version of that and downloaded it. the problem is everytime i try to import the demo content i get error file_put_contents. i even thought and downloaded woocommerce maybe… what am i missing?
the suggested plugin list is missing plenty. only shows ur composer. no woocommerce, no revolution… sent email to support. i know u say no support for free item

is this like a trick to make people buy? id love to, i love ur theme, but i am not going to buy before i can at least get the theme to work. this is not a smart way of conducting business. :)if the freebie dont work, and you wont support a pre sales question, then how good is that support you keep behind a membership?

apparently this has nothing to do with your server, because this is what’s in the /home/bear1ya/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hybrid-composer/custom/custom-options-panel.php: demos_url’ => ‘http://themes.framework-y.com/demo-import/fullpage/ and if you try to access http://themes.framework-y.com/demo-import/fullpage/ via browser you’ll see that it throws the “Forbidden. You do not have permission to access this document. Web Server at framework-y.com” error
I am surprised by the lack of “required plugins” section too, and this might be another thing that malfunctions in this theme. now if you wish to give a broken freebie, dont expect people to just throw money your way. 
also if you would point me out to where i could purchase support in case of a freebie, just to show me that you really wish me to get support. I am still not saying no to paying money

I see you have commented on someone else’s post that the freebie items don’t include any support, but still, there’s a long way from not offering any support for freebies to release a theme that is suspected to contain a virus Just my two cents.

Hello, I so love this theme – thank you. I have a question – is it possible to limit the masonry load, so that only the items from a single tab (category) will load? Then, when the item set for that category loads completely, the load more button would disappear, and visitors would have to select the next category to view those items? Thank you!
Hi, yes it’s possible with the LOAD MORE option and if you’re using the LISTS masonry component you can select the source category and show only the items of that category.

Hi,
I seem to be having some issues with the menu. I can add entries to the menu but all that seems to do is add entries which will automatically link to the next section.
As I would like to have some sections in between which have only pictures and do not need any links in the menu, would you be able to clarify how I can configure the menu to not go to the next section but to the specific section I need it to go to?
I also do not really know why the menu goes automatically to the next section no matter what I put there, is that an option I have somehow missed?

Hi,
The only way to do it is to diabled the fullpage menu from Edit page and then use the classic menu on Appearance > Menu, with that you can customize the links.
You will need also to go to Appearance > Theme options > Menu and check “One page”.

HI, from the Theme options you can set the main site colors, but the font may not change. You can try this:
1. Set the colors on theme options and then select the class TEXT COLOR in the same window where you see the white class.
2. Use this CSS:

You can not have mixed menu, it’s only fullpage or classic. If you want a mixed menu you must set the top menu as classic and then add the secondary menu on Edit page of the fullpage page.

If I setup the classic menu on the page, it shows menu on the mobile. But it’s a spread menu, not in the menu button. I just want to show all the menu in the menu button as like many sites. Furthermore, I just want to know how to setup the link of separated page.

It can be used all the link from internal page to the external page. and it has the perfect mobile menu.
You can not setup the link of separated page if you’re using the fullpage menu. My advice is to use the fullpage menu (that it’s like the other sites) without any external link.

Is there a way to allow scrolling within a section that has content exceeding what some displays are capable of displaying while still maintaining the Fit to Section ‘snap’ between each section? Right now, I’ve resorted to dividing content that was meant for one section into three because half or more of it would be cut off depending on the display type, and there was no way to view that content with the scrolling functionality. This is manageable, but the last section in my page, dedicated to a number of logos that must be prominently visible, can’t be split into multiple sections.
To put it bluntly, I want to have scrolling function as it does between each section with Fit to Screen, but I must be able to freely scroll the last section on my page so that users can view any content that can’t fit on their screen. Currently, all logos show on some displays (Desktop monitors) but not on others (Some laptop displays). I realize that this can be partly amended by disabling ‘Auto scrolling’, but I find it vital that users are able to browse the entirety of the page with the scroll wheel on the mouse. Dragging while holding down the MMB works to some extent, but I can’t assume visitors to the site will know use that for navigation between sections.

Hi, you should insert a content that is enough small to be showed correctly on all devices like for my demos, you can use many containers for that like tabs or sliders.
Otherwise there is not a easy method, but you can try to scale the content with CSS and the rules @media (max-wdith: 000px) and TRANSFORM: SCAL for example.
About the custom section height, there is not a WP feature for that, you need to write custom code, the custom section height is applied only on the footer.

The Google font I wish to use (Poppins) is not showing up in the Theme Options > Main Settings > Font family or Font family 2 drop-down boxes. How do I use this Google font with your theme, or force it to appear in those boxes?

Just purchased your theme. I’m trying to import one of the demos, but I think there may be some directory permission issues. The demo.zip file is downloaded into /wp-content/uploads/demo-import/ but the import doesn’t complete. Do I need to make a specific directory more writable?

Your hosting may have some incompatibility, some of the causes can be: insufficient resources, folder permission limitation, modules not installed like the zip one. Please insert the demo.zip at http://themes.framework-y.com/demo-import/fullpage/[demo-name]/demo.zip as from instructions of Theme options > Demo import > Problems? If still don’t work below the manual installation instructions. If still don’t work I can install it for you with also the original demo images for 20USD, the final result will be exactly like the preview.

DEMO IMPORT 1) Activate the theme.
2) Go to Tools > Import > Wordpress.

2) Go to Slider Revolution page and click Import.
3) Select the revolution slider demos you want to use and import it.
ASSIGN THE MENU 1) Go to Appearence > Menu
2) Click on top tab “Manage locations” and assign the following menus: Header Menu: main menu, Footer menu: footer menu, Top mini menu: top menu. Note that footer and top menus can not be inserted in every demo.
3) If you not see CSS Classes field go to top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and select it
4) For icons menu you must select the icon manually
5) For fullpage menu you must reset all the links
