The template is not working at all for WHMCS … it’s possible I am missing something, as there were no install instructions or help included either. Can I get some help with the overall install/troubleshooting? Thanks.
After the last update whmcs doesn’t like names of templates with _ – and any other symbols – rename the folder to ultimatehosting for example – it should help.

Just bought this item, but I really dunno how it works! lol I am new to the whmcs system and I really like this theme.. I am going to set up my webhosting services so that I can launch my project on monday and I could really use some help on how to setup this properly.. Can you pm me a guide or something?

I’m glad you like it. If you starting from scratch first install this template in your root folder (where index file should be) and create folder i.e. “support” then install your whmcs system into that folder. In whmcs you will find template folder and copy there whmc content from this template and you will have additional selection in your settings in whmcs.

WHMCS Theme breaks ssl connection,
ssl works perfect on normal theme’s but this theme does not load up ssl connection.
Can you fix the problem

The problem with SSL is because jquery and cufon.js files are from external server. It’s my fault – sorry for that. You can just copy this files to your server and link them from there. Please send me your email and I forward you that folder.

I just bought this template, pretty much because of the whmcs implementation. The client area template works well, however the cart template itself seem to be missing in the zip-file package I downloaded after purchase? There should be an “orderforms/ultimate_hosting” folder with files to copy to my whmcs/templates/ as well, not just the “ultimate_hosting” folder to copy to same server path. And then I should be able to select both the default (client area) template in WHMCS General Settings -> General tab, as well as the default (order form) template in WHMCS General Settings -> Ordering tab.
According to screenshot 3 as well as to the included “whmcs addidion.pdf” instructions how to format the product data to achieve the look for screenshot 3, there should be a cart template included in some way 
But probably it just was forgotten to be included in the zip-file?

PS! Another question; the font Casper Regular isn’t downloadable from that author’s link that you included in the documentation. It just says “You can get it for free | SOON ”? But your instructions says “First of all I would install free fonts designed by Mr Cherada”. :-/ How do I solve that part when it’s not downloadable? DS!

Please make sure you’ve put your email address in that .php file, also make sure your PHP on server can use “mail” function.

I’m not sure what do you mean by this – when I was working on this template I’ve used mainly chrome and if any incompatibilities, chrome would be the last. Can you please point out what’s broken ?
