These demos/pages are created by Ave’s unique feature called “Blocks”. All the animations/elements are customizable with the WP Bakery Page Builder.
You can also customize every single element of the mobile header. The colors, positions, secondary header etc.

I’m not sure what’s the issue but i’m developing on my local server and I tried the updated theme which I downloaded today and it broke the site. I tried it several times once I start activating the plugins the system broke. So, I tried the old files and everything works fine. Please check the updated theme for bugs. I’m not able to provide an error code because it seem a core issue.
