Dear Envato, bought 8 products from you in the Netherlands, but the last one I am disappointed. I paid 5 hours back for a theme and your designer would make sure everything is ready, but he’s been ignoring me for a few hours and won’t answer anymore. I feel cheated and scammed by him. I don’t know how this works in Slovenia in his country, but in the Netherlands the customer is the king and expects the right service.
It’s just not fun. You pay and you trust the web designer Envato assigns you and this is the thanks for my order? I find this enormously unfair and not customer-friendly.

I paid twice more and now claim the first paid service costs back. The first web designer did not help me and installed nothing. This is just bullshit and if you are going to pay him with my money, I will sue you from the Netherlands to the authorities. I will never ever order anything from you again, because you think of money and not of service. The other web designer has done everything nicely and he earns his money. The first idiot is a scammer and an unreliable guest who is far from the norms and respect.
Then you have to stop hiring scammers and doing nothing. His name is Gljivec and is the most unprofessional web designer ever. Listen Envato I am one of the most successful Dutch top businessman and I definitely do not accept this. If I do not receive my first paid service costs for installation, I will sue you from the Netherlands.

I like yoour UI design and the reusable blocks but I cannot use your template beucase you’ve made your reusable blocks almost impossible to modify…fonts, css, etc. I can’t see where anything is coming from.
We made supported CoBlocks for new Gutenberg WordPress block editor.

Hello. I have a problem with the ALT image attributes I add to images. In the backend they show ok but on the website the ALT attribute seems empty alt=””. How can I fix this? I cannot edit in HTML mode to add it manually …
Normally section name used as image alt. Please let us know which section has this problem so we can fixe that issues in next update.

The theme was conflicting with the Yoast plugin. I disabled Yoast and it works fine now.

I love this theme overall. However, many theme options are duplicated in both the theme options panel and also at the page level. These redundant settings seem to conflict with and/or override each other. I would expect the theme options panel to be authoritative. Is there a workaround for this?
Pergo have many options to customize your site. Landing page template have own header/footer settings & you can create multiple landing page template in one installation.

New issue/bug.. The CSS animations only seem to work for Pergo elements, nothing else. Every time I try to set an animation (no matter what it is) on a non-Pergo element in WP Bakery builder, the item momentarily appears on load then disappears leaving a blank space. Obviously a workaround is to not use anything, but how boring is that? .. and it is still a bug. I have not changed the access yet since I came upon this, so you are free to take a look.

I have a simple menu of 12 icons and labels that I used the mega menu to arrange in 4 column and 3 rows. Pages based on the landing page template are ignoring the Pergo mega menu settings, and the menu items show in one large column. The menu displays properly on other pages based on full width template2. dev.packagingutah.com and dev.packagingutah.com/contact will show you what’s happening.

Looks like your server has some upload issues, You may try to install theme with manual FTP upload method. You can check in documentation for that

You can create more field in contact form. Just use “form-control” class to make design perfect in frontend.

Do you want to edit form field or form template?
- If you want to edit form template, edit hero content – http://prntscr.com/mfx5vj You can change form color, title description etc.
- If you want to edit form field, check the previous mail, I am already sent you screenshot. Contact form 7 have their own code generator. We are only add those code using contact form 7 plugin. It is contact form 7 plugin’s functionality. If you are not doing their way, form submission will not be working.
