Technically it’s possible to add a front-end switch. We developed one to release, however because the core phpBB template engine isn’t optimised in the best way, there is a very brief flicker inbetween the stylesheets loading. We couldn’t remedy this, no matter what we tried.
So we’re building this option into the database where it will be checked before the page loads. However, this won’t be released in the short term, and is more likely to be part of a new theme we’re developing.
As for the sidebar widgets, both of these are technically possible. These are beyond the scope of the support we can provide, but to give some general pointers:
- The sidebar template file is sidebar_right.html in /template/ - The stats output variables can be found in the index_body.html template file, but they only work on the index page - Recent topics is a 3rd party extension. You’d need to copy the template file code from there and add it to the sidebar template

There were no front-end style changes in phpBB 3.2.5 – 3.2.5, so we advertise compatibility accordingly, but didn’t go through the effort to publish an update for the benefit of the version number in the theme itself

The social bar instructions can be found in the documentation. We can’t help with customisation for the footer, but I’d recommend editing the .copyright class CSS in the stylesheets.
What image size for the header in boxed display?

The boxed display is 1200px wide, the height automatically scales depending on how much content is in the header

OK, 3.2.5 doesn’t work. v3.2 does.. however, now that i have added sidebars. I can no longer login. Page just redirects me back to where I was. HELP!

‘Information not found’ is an error message caused by the back-end of phpBB. As Milk is a front-end visual style only, it’s not capable of causing this error message.
I’d recommend checking with the support team at phpBB.com.
no, ive used PHPBB for over 20 years, it was your theme… not to worry, ive decided to let you keep the money, ive gone another route now, im using xenForo themes and forum.which is much better.

Yes, Milk supports the phpBB Greek language pack. The bark base + grid + parallax can indeed be combined with our premium sidebar extension

Chris, just helping out. Adding Images To Grid Layout. This is what the documentation says. “It is recommended to use the ‘forum image’ feature to enhance the visual display of this layout.” So, for those who do not know, this feature is in your admin cp, under Forums Forum image: Location, relative to the phpBB root directory, of an additional image to associate with this forum. Here is your easy path, if you just upload images to your phpbb images directory and want them to show…. images/name of image.whatever extension
Great style! I emailed a support ticket about this already, but apart from the acknowledgment, I haven’t heard anything. There were a couple of other requests, but my main question is how do I allow the user to pick light or dark versions of the style?
